This place is near to many attractions, food & other necessity needed.

The iron board was not very proper to use. Easy to stumble.

the house is ok. just average.

the apartment is lack of signage. the lift u have to wait too long in peak hours. swimming pool is always under maintenance. this should be stated in the details for your customer acknowledgement before confirming a booking. because some customers would opt this apartment for their pool facilities for kids. its very disappointing to find out its still under maintenance. AND the cleaning fees. why cant u just include the cleaning fees with the room price?

It was clean and comfortable. Our stay was good but there are few downsides.

The body soap provided was diluted with more water. It was so watery. Atleast try to provide a better body soap. It won’t cost so much for the host actually. The game table provided in the house was broken,and it is not safe for those who traveling with kids. I suggest the host to remove the game table from the house,because can be very dangerous for the kids.

We booked penthouse, the unit is spacious and we enjoy our stay there

The location is a bit far from tourist attractions and we jammed all the way from exit the carpark to Mahkota Parade which is only 2.3km but took us almost 2 hrs to reached on Christmas Day

There were cockroaches in the kitchen. The host was cooperative and send someone to clean but there were cockroaches in the apartment.

The host very helpful. The unit clean,cozy & comfortable. Definitely will come again and recommend to my friends and family ❤️❤️ the facilities nice swimming pool so big and nice. Anyone who bring kids will definitely enjoy the swimming pool .

Only the parking part management should open the light early because on that day I arrived is raining and carpark so dark and scary 😅😅

This condo is beautiful, spacious bright and clean.

It’s not within walking distance to JonkerSt.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The 2 twin bed were good and comfortable after a long walk around Malacca. There are fridge and induction cooker which allows me to do some simple cooking. generally is a nice and quiet place to stay only for 4 pax because of the twin bed with no high expectation.

movies on the movie box option is limited, a small part of the floor area felt bit sticky.

One of the most spacious apartment unit I have stayed in, and also the decorations and overall atmosphere was cozy and felt like home, while the location was strategic and could reach all kinds of tourist attractions within 10 minutes, and there are also all kinds of food in the area as well. Another notable mention is that the owner provides high quality utensils which is an extra for me.

There's nothing much to be said about flaws, maybe except the sound of kids screaming and playing at the pool can be heard, but still not a big issue

Excellent unit with good furniture, quiet and cozy. very suitable for family.

Swimming facilities are not open during the peak time somehow. Parking has to be at level 4/5/6, despite plenty available at level 2/3.

cleanliness. the cleaning team is under trained hence the unit is not properly cleaned when we checked in. lift and car park is horrible during check out time. we literally stuck in this process for 1+ hours to get out of the building.
