The breakfast was good. There are many selections of foods and all taste good. The restaurant environment also nice and pleasant.

It is a small matter for the hotel but I think the parking lot should have been secured or assigned to the hotel guests, instead of telling them that you can park anywhere available because there are also parking spaces with car numbers booked in some parking lots.

Breakfast was ok. The room is nice beyond my expectations. Location was ok. The singer at the coffee house is really good.

The pillow is so soft, no face towel in the room.

Breakfast decently good. Not all being served suits our taste. A bit boring comes the third breakfast. The chef at moon bar needs to be complimented. He's cooking is excellent. We enjoyed his food especially the pizza, the chicken dish and the dessert, are all excellent!

Carpet pretty dusty and dirty. Can see our bed slippers are dirty on the sole and heal. Lighting is poorly located. Suitcase rack area is dark (no lighting) if another person decides to sleep early. Overhead bed lighting is inappropriate. Bedside table lighting (up one) is a nuisance. Bed is too high. Difficult for a elderly person or shorter person to go up to sleep or even sit on it. The extra bed has sunken in, as a result back aches the next day. Not all the necessity (facial tissue) we requested are supplied. Example, when there is two bath rooms how to share a box of tissue? Or when there is a living, how to share a box of tissue from a bedroom. Common sense becomes uncommon!

the carpet in the room is not clean enough. my kids and my husband got “gatal gatal” after seat on the carpet floor. first, saya cuma perasan my son said “mommy gatal”.. so i just assume it was just himself. but second time my daughter also after mandi, she played on the carpet floor with her toys. the same reaction happened. so after this i need to extra noticed, no more hotel with carpet floor.

Room was clean and looks luxury. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

A bit overpriced compared to the other rival.

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborood. It looks like you will need a car to go around. I chose the hotel for its proximity with Melaka zoo and it was not too far from Melaka itself (Although it takes a good 25mn to get there). The hotel rooms are great. They are very clean and contain all you would expect in a high end hotel (safe, iron, hair dryer, toiletries, etc...) The beds are very comfy. Breakfast was a huge buffet with a lot of choice. The swimming pool is clean and was needed after a hot day at the zoo. Overall, a very good stay. Staff was efficient and friendly.

The keycards did not work when we went up to the rooms so I had to go back to reception to get them programmed. My room had an interconnecting door with the room next door, and we could hear all the conversations from next door. Thankfully our neighbours were quiet but it could be a problem with noisy neighbours. Definitely pricey for Malaysia but the quality was there.
