Good breakfast, friendly staff, close to the beach

One bedroom didn't have window. Cleanliness should be improved. A lot of noise, people yelling, singing all night long.

The location was perfect! Sea is very close, many restaurants just a short walk away. The bars and clubs were also less than a 5 minute walk. Perfect location! The apartment itself was very nice and clean, the terrace was spacious and the view was incredible! Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

We wrongly received a noise complaint when nobody was at the apartment, but it did get sorted eventually.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful at Mauria Studios & Apartments with my friends in Zakynthos, Greece, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The prime location, right on the beach, was an absolute dream. Waking up to the gentle sounds of the waves and the breathtaking views of the sea was an experience I'll cherish forever. One of the standout features of this hotel is its proximity to all the vibrant attractions of Zakynthos. Being close to restaurants, bars, and clubs made exploring the island's nightlife and culinary scene a breeze. Whether I wanted to savor traditional Greek dishes or enjoy a cocktail with friends, everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself boasted a warm and inviting ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, offering all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Of course, the highlight of my stay was the beach. The convenience of having the pristine shores just steps away from my room made beach days effortless.

Everything was perfect!

The breakfast was REALLY AMAZING. We did not expect that big breakfast or that service, really beyond expectations and we were so happy with that. The host is kind, friendly and made is feel so welcome there.

I'm absolutely in love with Mouria Studios&Apartments! The view from the balconies is breathtaking and the building is very close to the beach. We were also incredibly taken care of by the staff at the café, the owners, the cleaning lady and by the loveliest Vasiliki :) I'm sending you all greetings from Poland and thank you for making our stay unforgettable! <3

Accommodation is located directly on the beach. The room with a view of the sea is sufficiently equipped with its own bathroom, a kitchenette with basic equipment and a balcony, air-conditioned. On the ground floor, a small cafe where they serve a really rich and delicious breakfast and excellent coffee. Great deckchairs in front of the accommodation on the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I must mention the very nice staff, smiling people who always go out of their way to meet you and generally create such a family atmosphere. When we left, we even received a nice gift as a souvenir, which will please you and give you the feeling that the owners care about each guest. Thank you very much and we look forward to the next meeting.

Great location, beautiful view from the balcony Buss stop just beside the property, nice restaurants close by. Nice breakfast in the morning. We also got present in our last night from our host Maria! We did enjoy our stay in Zakynthos!
