Tudo estava otimo.

This is an apartment hotel with blocks of apartments operated and maintained by management companies, of which Anora Spaces is prominent. Our apartment was a housekeeping apartment for two which included a small but well-furnished kitchenette. It was clean and comfortable, with an efficient and silent air conditioner, and a city view. There was a table for four. High speed internet was both available and reliable. The mattress was firm, and both the towels and bed linens were essentially new. Towel and linen service is available at an extra charge. The elevators were good, with minimal waiting. While there was no hotel restaurant, there are several very nice ones within a five minute walk. There is also an excellent supermarket conveniently located on an adjacent corner. Two large shopping malls with a wide variety of quality shops and restaurants are a ten minute taxi ride away. Secure parking within the building is available. An “Executive Bus” with fast service (50 minutes) to downtown São Paulo can be boarded virtually around the corner, on Alameda Rio Negro.

No breakfast is available in the hotel; however, several nearby restaurants and markets offer coffee and a variety of breakfast options. As with many hotels in Brazil, the room voltage is 220, and the outlets are of the unique Brazilian type, requiring an adaptor plug for those US and Canadian devices that can function with 220 volts. Upon our arrival, there were two problems (TV and bathroom door handle). Happily, a call to Anora resulted in prompt service. Lighting in the room is inadequate for reading or working in the evening and, in addition, the apartment lacks an easy chair. The reception desk is essentially restricted to security screening of guests. Some of the personnel seemed to be indifferent to the needs or interests of the guests. None appear to speak English (fortunately, we speak Portuguese)

Tive problema com a fechadura do quarto, fiquei 2h do lado de fora aguardando o técnico abrir a porta, pois ela está com defeito e vêm acontecendo isso, mas ninguém resolve o problema definitivo.
