Very large and clean apartment and in a great location.

The very small tea cups would be so much better with mugs. Unless we had spoken to some other residents we would not have been aware of the much larger pool beside block 1 which was cleaned every two days. The smaller pool was dirty all the time we were there

no sun loungers by the pool and no decent bars nearby to walk to and to walk to the hotel and restaurants from the apts was quite scary as no footpaths to get there safely when walking with a family of young children a very busy road and no street lights very dark

beautiful place felt secure and comfortable with all the equipment you could want. The place felt very luxurious.

There was very little hot water in the morning for a shower. No English language Tv channels.

Apartments are very modern and clean. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

A little poor on kitchen utensils, the towels had seen better days. No house keeping which I found a little odd.

Booked apartment so we could use the hotels indoor pool and restaurant but it was a twenty minute walk away! Barely any crockery and utensils in kitchen so impossible to cook. Only one plug in kitchen. Had to buy mugs and bowls

Wow! The apartment was fantastic! Fresh and modern! We only had our son with us but it would easily accommodate a family of 5-6, and has facilities for that many. With 2 good sized bedrooms, an en-suite in the master, good size family bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining area (for 6) and lounge (with sofa bed) it was VERY spacious. And, a huge balcony with table and 6 chairs so plenty outside space too. Washing machine and a clothes horse located on the huge balcony. It has a small pool which was perfect for us, but you can also use the hotel facilities. And you can go there for breakfast if you want a break from cooking.

Keys need to be picked up from the hotel, which is not made clear on booking and we arrived quite late at night. If dropped off by taxi, this could be an issue. Reception staff are aware of it so hopefully sorted out soon. There is a TV but mostly Spanish so if that's a problem, bring a laptop with HDMI cable. No kettle (not unusual in Spain), but I'm sure reception would supply one if asked. You need a car for this one, but the accommodation is worth it.

Handy for all the local Towns and Beaches. Nice small plunge pool. Very spacious .Super shower. Good eating places nearby Easy travel as far South as Cartagena or as far north as Benidorm. Guardamar del Segura is a lovely small town with good beaches and shopping.

Collection of keys at a nearby hotel caused problems as the people at the desk gave very poor instructions as to how to reach the Apartment which was only 50 metres away but took us 30minutes to find !! A proper drawing would have been a great help.

The apartments were fabulous. Super modern, spacious and well designed. The en-suite bedrooms were lovely and the underfloor heating in both bathrooms was a luxury! The apartments were air conditioned and had all the modern conveniences in the kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The outside space was spacious and well designed and included a table, chairs and sun loungers. There wasn’t anything that had not been thought about in the design of these ultra modern apartments. Another massive positive is the location of Sam’s bar and kitchen which is right opposite the apartments and serves excellent food that is fairly priced. Sam’s is very popular with local residents and holiday makers alike but not too intrusive on your stay. There is also a good choice of restaurants in the same complex area as the hotel where you need to collect your key card. Something to be aware of is that the hotel hold a 300 Euro bond payment against your credit card to be used as surety against any damages to the property whilst you are there. The cleaners have to confirm that everything is in place once your holiday has finished before you get this money removed from the pending payments on your credit card.

One thing which seems quite trivial but was a bit of an issue was that we weren’t able to find a single channel on the television that was English speaking even though you were able to set the default to English, everything was in either Spanish or German. The other thing that holiday makers need to be made aware of is that the keys/swipe card for their holiday apartment needs to be collected from the La Laguna Hotel which is approximately a three minute drive if you have hired a car or a good five to ten minute walk if you have not hired a car. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of staying at these apartments also hire a car if they want to visit different resorts whilst on holiday. I can’t comment on the efficiency of public transport because we didn’t need to use it.

Reception was a little slow at the hotel

Apartments were fantastic, bright, modern, comfortable, spotlessly clean and so much space. If I had to complain about anything it is just that there was too much chlorine in the pool so our eyes were stinging a bit. However I will absolutely be back!

The apartment was really spacious, clean and nice inside. Our family 2 adults x 2 children found it very comfortable: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room connected with a kitchen; a lot of space for everyone. A pool was across the parking just a few meters away, empty almost all of the times we went there, so it felt like a private pool. It was a perfect way to start the day :) A big food store Consum was 2 minutes-drive as a number of restaurants also quite close with our favorite Indian food place.

As there is no reception, one has to go to the hotel nearby for the check-in and check-out. That is a bit inconvenient, when you come to your vacation place with the kids and stuff. Our terrace was facing the street, where a karaoke bar is in full action at nights. There was party noises until late hours even after the bar was closed, people from the bar were just hanging outside in the street, so it was difficult for the kids to get asleep.
