Great hotel right outside the station in Jena Code for entry sent to you before so easy to enter. Nice rooms so comfortable nice bathroom Only about 10 min walk to centre of Jena

The room was okay and clean for the most part. The wifi was excellent and that is about where the good stuff ends.

I think my issue was that this hotel was not meant for long stays (16 days).. which I understand. The room was always humid even after airing it out. There is no everyday cleaning and they only came to clean my room once in the two weeks. I also started with two blankets and two pillows on a king size bed and when they came to clean my room, they left me with one blanket and one pillow. I had to constantly ask (like 3 times) for more toilet paper, because they weren't regularly checking. The window to my room overlooked Jena Paradis train station and the street, so I couldn't have my curtains open without people looking in, because all the rooms are ground floor. The pictures of the property are misleading, you think its this nice villa but in reality, its the ground floor with offices above.

The location is very convenient - near to the city center, very near to the main station and the bus station The beds are very comfortable The place is very clean There is a hot watter jug in the room, together with a selection of caffee and tea for your morning drink

The "budget room" was advertised on the Booking.com website as having a private bathroom, however that was not the case. The bathroom was outside of the room and shared with the neighbour room. There is no reception in the hotel, everything is managed over the telephone or Booking.com messaging. However, calls outside the working hours are answered in an unfriendly manner and generally not welcome. There is a possibility for a pet, but only for a fee. Even for small pets. Because there is no reception and personal in the hotel, everything is monitored over security cameras (not in the rooms, however) and the feeling is not pleasant. Still even more unpleasant when your bathroom is outside of your room and you must go to the toilet with the security camera infront of it. Generally unfriendly communication.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

It is a very personal view, it was q bit too close to the street for my taste.
