Very bad breakfast, did not have!!!

There is absolutely nothing 4-star-ry about this hotel!!! This is a scam. There is no swimming pool, no bar, no restaurant (open or functioning), no fitness, no welness, no internet at all, no air conditioning in the bedroom, lousy soluble coffee only in the morning, not good customer service. It was a rip-off. Very, very disappointed.

Friendly and very accomodating staff. We did not take the half pension scheme yet they happily allowed us to have dinner in the restaurant one night, which was good value for money and very nice

The hotel is truly right by the sea, our room had a great view. The rooms are quite outdated, although clean. We booked accommodation with half board and every night, the dinner was different. + location + variety in dinner buffet + balcony + some very nice staff

Most information is in French, they offered some tours but we weren't able to get any details. Some nights the dinner was great, others not so much. - limited communication in English - no drinking glasses in room - dinner buffet of varying quality - outdated rooms - some not so great staff - no card payment for additional purchases

We loved the pool and how close the hotel was to the beach. The breakfast was great.

There were a few things listed as being in the room that wasn’t (kettle, tea and coffee maker). The accommodation is very catered towards the French. We got given instructions in French and when we asked for an English copy they said they didn’t have any. The hotel outlines airport shuttle but this isn’t correct it’s a taxi service. The umbrellas listed as available at the beach cost 9 euro but you can keep them for the day so it’s okay. We stayed 6 nights and got fresh towels once which we had to ask for. The guests all go up early and put towels down on the sun lounges to reserve them for the day and then go to the beach so you often can’t get a sun lounger near the pool. The outside bar had drinks listed as available and when we ordered the staff member didn’t know how much they cost. The staff were arguing in front of guests at the pool bar too on a few occasions. For location to the beach we would come back again but keep in mind you don’t get exactly what is listed and that your service doesn’t seem to be as good if you’re not French.

If you choose Tsoutsouros, the Triton is a good starting point for your vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a room in the renovated part! I was surprised that the hotel has 99% French speaking guests and staff.

The beach in front of the hotel offers sunbeds and umbrellas, but it belongs to the neighboring cafe and the prices are high. I can advise you to go to another "Beach Pera", there you will find a beach with finer sand and sun loungers with umbrellas at no extra cost if you have a drink ... hotel Edelweiss (which you definitely will :-) ).

Good sized and clean room and great location by the beach. Good choice for breakfast. Friendly restaurant staff.

2 hour power cut, including running water, came unannounced and was badly managed by staff at reception who said it was normal and nothing could be done
