Everything except the staff. Durty old, not maintained noisy..... Only the bed was ok a nightmare !!!!!! and on top very expensive how booking can support thus type of hotel??????

Very nice

The location facing the ocean. The few restaurants and bars available even if they close really early or close on days when they're not cruise ships. I also really enjoyed the fact the hotel offered some organized tour, I enjoyed my day trop around the island with amigo tour. I also really appreciated the effort of one receptionist while I was having some difficulties. She was really helpful and luckily she was there. She mad emy stay much better and significantly improved my opinion on the establishment.

The noise te cricket team from English Guyana made at night just in front of my room and how nobody was here to help me. A security guard should have come hearing the noise but nobody did so I had to face 5 to 6 drunken guys alone and felt rather unsafe. Luckily, the next day the receptionist changed my room. If not I wld have left immediately.
