The room was great, it was big and had a really nice bathroom. One of the best bathrooms in all the places i stayed in. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were nice.

the location is quite far from the town but a 2 dollar tuk tuk will get you there. the main issue is it is far from even a local shop or restaurant there is literally nothing in the immediate area.

Super kind staff, relax swimming pool, fine location slightly out of the center but close to everything. i would 100% recommend staying at The Palmery. we stayed here 1 month and didn’t had a single bad experience. The laundry service is great too, and the cleaning service is always working with a big smile, open to personal conversations (just like the other staff) and always kind & very helpful. I won’t think twice but book here again if I return to Cambodia & I even recommended this to a friend. Not something I do other, only if a place is 10 out of 10!

Totally I like everything in there, Wi-Fi, cleanliness and comforting and foods, the rooms are perfect and full worthy that I spent at the time. I’m totally happy and enjoyed my self 😍😍

The Palmery is a really beautiful, clean hotel with excellent staff and facilities. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very helpful with all requests and recommendations. The best part of our stay was the cool and clean swimming pool. The hotel overall, is built in a very nice organic way, with lot of greens and nature around, feels very peaceful. Great vibes and a very calm, relaxing time here. Would definitely recommend! Thank you :)

The building design and facilities were excellent. They were equivalent to a much more expensive hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was an oasis after a hot day of touring. The rooms were large and very comfortable with lovely finishes in the room and bathroom.

The breakfast & bar area was nice, but the food itself was a bit lacklustre. A small thing, but with such a great food culture in Siem Reap, the hotel menu was an outlier. The other thing to appreciate is the distance the hotel is from the centre of town. Just budget for a $2-3 tuk-tuk ride each time you go out.

Nice place, room was really nice and very clean. The staff and owner were amazing, kind and always ready to listening your demands. Yed its a little but far from the city by walk but its more quiet and you can always get a tuktuk for 2$ so it's not a problem and you can sit and relax and enjoy the ride

I don’t know where is the noise come from to disturb my sleep. and it lasts long around 1h to make me headache. it’s sound like someone cleaning something while guests sleeping at 7AM.

BEST staff ever! above and beyond ro help- taxi, mororbike, etc-comfy beds, rainfall shower, large tub, modern, american bkfst, clean, balcony

water can get very hot or ice cold- maybe needs adjustment, not on demand heat, it seems like a boiler- but still ferls good

hidden gem in Siem Riep! nice and clean place with the perfect owner and staff. the breakfast was good, the pool is ideally maintained and the staff is more than helpful. even though it’s a bit far away from the center it takes only 10 mins and 1,5 dollars to get there. easy access to the road to Angkor as well

The place was exactly as in the pictures. Stylish decorations, I liked the theme, very peaceful and genuine. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bath was fantastic, I want the same. There was hot water. The restaurant food was also good. I loved the fried western breakfast which also included fruit and fruit juice and tea/coffee, very good value and so healthy to kick off the day. While the hotel was located outside the center, the closest ATM was reachable within 5-minute walk and the hypermarket within 15-minute walk. The hotel had tuk tuk / taxi drivers. I recommend organizing trips with the hotel, the price was very fair and my driver even brought extra water/fruit during the trip! The staff spoke multiple languages and were courteous. The hotel accepted credit cards.

Some walking distance to the center, at night, fewer vendors in the main street so not so interesting for tourists.

A cozy place! We enjoyed the serenity of the place as a couple.The whole team is very hospitable. Our breakfast is serviced deluxe. I can recommend to everyone. Looking forward to stay again on my next visit in Siem Reap. All the best!

first of all the staff were super nice and helpful, i got to know about one transportation app from them, the room and the view were amazing for the price i paid, and it was super clean and well maintained, it looks exactly like the pictures
