Before coming to post here, I tried to have owners contact me but to no avail. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would! This hotel was disgusting! For starters, upon inspecting the beds, I discovered a big brown stain with hair under the mattress protector as shown. On the sheet on top of the protector, was a bug and pubic hair! Secondly, on the night , 10/26/24, we checked in, at 4:14AM, two women next door were arguing and starting fighting. The arguing then escalated to the hallway where I (and several others) had to open our doors. This got so out of hand that the police was called. They came and started banging loudly on the door. So for over an hour, we had to deal with that. The staff members and the customer service there are subpar and mediocre. I spoke to two people (one of which I sent pictures to) about my complaint and received half apologies with no sense of urgency or care. One being the night shift manager. My contact information was left TWICE so the owners could call me back but I have yet to receive a call. Stay away from the place especially if you have small kids!

There was a used condom outside in the spot I parked got out of car there it was breakfast was a joke and the lady working Sunday at desk was rude the young lady that checked us in Saturday was very helpful pillows were flat super flat bed uncomfortable

The room was a nice big size. The room was fairly clean, except for the tub. The soap shelf had hair all over it!!! My husband fell getting in, due to the height of the side of the tub and there not being any threads to grip your step. That is dangerous! Other than that, we’d stay again.

The property was very clean but we were disappointed with the breakfast. We were only there overnight to drop my Son off to college and were told there was breakfast from 5-9. There was really nothing there-not what we expected. No hot food or bagels, danish-etc.

We stayed in the hotel for over 1week and the air conditioner was not the greatest. The room was cool but had a dampness to it. We were on the ground floor and have limited mobility so we kept the room to be closer to the entrance.
The breakfast was decent with cereal, bagels, juice and coffee on the menu, so we ate in every morning.

Room had a horrible stinky smell. I had to use my lysol spray. They're was a small amount of toilet tissue and no extra roll. No kleenex in the holder. And no elevator for disabled.

I had to ask 3 different times for my floor to be swept and mopped. After it was done my feet still left black marks in the shower due to the floor still being dirty. When they cleaned the floor they did clean the shower so it wasn't so dirty so that was a bonus. I thought it was just stained dark but instead it was just a dirty shower floor.

The check in person was super nice. We had a problem in our room and it was immediately fixed. Would highly recommend.

The wash clothes could have been and looked cleaner they were old and rust colored, breakfast wasnt what they said it was to be no waffles at all and no one said anything, so that was our stay but the lady at the front was very nice and helpful

To start with they tried to double charge us because our “ Expedia reservation didn’t show paid” an hour later ( around midnight) we were given one of the last two rooms according to the app. Room number written on paper. Bathroom door only had knobs nothing to completely shut door. Mildew on bathroom ceiling, roach, drain backed up during shower, 2 towels for three people. Definitely not cleaned very well at all

This will be my last time booking here when going home. The housekeeper asked me to pile the used towels and rags in the room next to the door and she would get them. I came back to the room and they were still there. The breakfast was muffins, coffee, Sam’s club orange juice or apple juice. There were 4 other people staying there with dogs in there rooms and the front desk clerk was unaware of. After being told about the dogs barking interrupting our rest, nothing was done. Yeah I will not be staying here again!!!! Room 232 bathroom sink leaks, room 109 has dirt & trash behind couch, nightstand and tv stand. I had to wipe the tables down with Lysol wipes because they were sticky and filthy

We decided on a jacuzzi suite with king bed and double sofa sleeper. The room was really large and accommodated us well. Staff however should assure there is an adequate amount of towels/washclothes etc in the room. We were able yo get 1 extra towel and washcloth but was told they didnt have any more. You will also have to request bedding for the sofa sleeper. They can also offer more choicesfor the continental breakfast, they offered small honey buns and fruit, some bruised. The coffee was warm vs hot. There are is a microwave and frig in the room, so you could "make" things work. All and all not a bad trip. The staff was friendly. Loved the jacuzzi, really big with nice jets. Would stay again.

It was pretty bad. First room was uninhabitable so we were moved to a different one. Ah yes, the next-mor inf discovery of the previous visitor's underwear in the drawer and food and drink in the fridge were just great. Guest services was made aware and didn't care. Good luck, but I'd skip over this one.

I like it was convenient to many things. What I didn’t like was how hard to sleep because kids was crying in the hallway for a long period.

The room was not the cleanest. There was still coffee in the pot from a previous stay before us. There was dust all over our room. For breakfast there was cold coffee, and the only food available was honey buns and muffins.

Breakfast was terrible! Oranges were too old to even peel. No ubs ports in room. Some lights didn't work. Only two towels in room. Very sad hotel. We will never stay there again.
