Being a non smoking facility our room and even the hallway smell just like it. So, we were moved to a different room. In the morning, at breakfast at a 42 degrees temperature outside, they did not have coffee. We were freezing and needed our morning drink.

2 cockroachs in the room during my 5 day stay. Mold on the bed sheets. Very poor cleaning!!!

The room was decent. It was an average stay. Front desk was helpful in finding food. There is a nice little village with good eateries.

Stay was good

Room had several stains on bedding and chairs in the room. There were strands of hair everywhere, on beds, towels, int ub, sink, counters. The view from our room was of the green pool. It's only September but it looks like it's been green for quite some time. I hadn't planned on swimming during my stay but the sight of it was unpleasant. The check was quick and easy and the staff were professional. Overall the stay was fine for the one night but I probably would not book again or recommend.

I based my stay on previous reviews. The price was low and I know you get what you pay for. The side door was not secure, open for anyone to enter/exit undetected the two days I stayed there. The front driveway was blocked by cars and another car would not be able to get by to exit unless you use the entrance the wrong way. Inside, the lobby appears clean. The elevator was dirty. The hallways smelled of marijuana and mildewed carpet. The room overall was clean. The bathroom was clean. The white bed linen had a stain on it. I would not stay again.

I checked in and left a few hours later. There was roaches in the room. It started with seeing a couple small baby roaches at first that I tried to overlook as I would only be staying 1 day but the more I saw I just couldn’t take it. In addition to that we were locked out of the room even though the key worked. The front desk clerk had to come up and use the main key to unlock the door. I was told that he would send maintenance to check it out but no one came and I checked out instead. I had small children and the roaches I just couldn’t tolerate. I presented my issue to front desk very pleasantly and was told to reach out to Expedia (company I booked with) and have them reach out to the hotel for a refund. In the end, the hotel would not refund me for leaving a roach infested room.

Clean room, close to bars and shops

The cleaning crew needs to use new detergent or wash deeper as the sheets and blankets we all dirty. They need new mattresses as i couldnt get any rest and had to see a chiropractor after due to the springs sticking through the mattress. The wifi and television service is absolutely horrible

Did not realize the first night that the breakfast area was on the 3rd floor down the hallway. It was a little strange and no sinage but, we figured it out. Also, our bed was far beyond needing replaced. We were in an ADA room on the 3rd floor and the bed had a pretty bad dip in the bed when we laid down. Super uncomfortable and left us sore. Other than that, staff was very friendly and pleasant to be around and the breakfast was wonderful both days we were there

Really nice hotel , would recommend to anyone and everyone

Internet was not working and towels were old. Rooms were missing materials. Not enough toilet paper or shampoo. Had to ask for things needed. Hotel was clean though.

My first original room had hair all over it, it smells like mold, the tub had dead Roach, the window was leaking water above the AC unit, and my towels had old dried up blood on them. Once you got off the elevator it also smelled like mold and mildew. Which was on the walls by the window. We will move to a different room on a different floor and that hallway smell very clean and lovely the room was also much better than the first one was. Same thing will served for breakfast every morning the attendance stated that they were out of a lot of stuff. We stayed for 4 days. On the last day the meat was different but the eggs tasted really old and they was rubbery as if she warmed them up from the day before.

I enjoyed the A/C but didn't like the roaches in the hallway and no existence of customer care.

The pool was very dirty

WiFi need enhance

Honest unbiased review 08/30/24-09/02/24. You get what you pay for. It’s not an expensive place so of course it won’t be perfect. Pro’s, close to a lot of places, quiet, big rooms, cold ac. Con’s, there is always a lingering smell of tobacco (I worked around it by purchasing some febreze) white bedsheets and white towels are both good and bad… good cause you’d be able to see any stains.. bad because you actually found them lol. Don’t get me started on the toilet, I wasn’t able to flush at all for the 3 nights.. had to go down to the lobby so the cleaning people found a long surprise when they lifted that toilet seat cover lol. The bathrooms need a little more cleaning and maintenance.. whoever did the flooring work was sloppy so all the grout makes the floors look dirty. The shower water pressure was good.. it was just the toilet. The WiFi was good as long as you knew how to connect through the best western app. They did return my deposit asap. Overall, if you’re like me and you can live with what you get, then this is a nice place to stay at. If you’re a clean freak and a perfectionist then make sure you have deep pockets and find some high end place.

The internet and TV didn’t work my last two stays. Some rooms have intense smells.

The bed was super uncomfortable, it was worn out, the tub was clogged and we had lizzards in the bathroom. Also the smell of marijuana was very strong and unacceptable.

Room was very clean, bed was perfectly comfortable. The shower didn’t drain so well which was ok for me but I pitied the housekeeper. The tv only had a few channels, no cable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The pool was very big and inviting, though could use a cleaning. We did swim anyway- it is Georgia after all.

Generally speaking, the property needs updating. My bathtub was dirty upon arriving on the first day. I complained but to no avail. Overall, the room was clean and the staff were pretty friendly. The Wi-Fi was down all four days of my stay!! That’s a really big inconvenience if you gotta work in your room. Thank God for Starbucks across the street. Their Wi-Fi works perfectly! BTW, the hotel adds a resort fee, however it is not a resort.

Quite place

The floors where the breakfast area was VERY sticky. There were signs all over that says its a smoke free hotel but the hallways smelt like smoke. The elevator was very dirty. In my room, they needed to wipe down all areas like the night stands. Toilet was not cleaned.

This hotel has a good connection with near by highway to take you whatever you want to go. The staff is professional
