I am allergic to mold and unfortunately the bathroom in my room has mold. In addition, there is no hot water. When I informed the front desk, they said they were unable to do anything about it because maintenance had already left.

We had a great stay. This is an older bldg. & could use an upgrade. The shower & sink took awhile for water to run down drain. The pool is outside & not taken care of. Water was freezing which is ok during day but evening not. Breakfast was fine - staff was very friendly. View we had was awesome & room was large. Close to everything you need within walking distance. I wud stay there again.

The restaurant at the hotel is the best part of the facility. Food and service were wonderful. While the staff At the hotel side was not rude, they weren’t that helpful either. The water was disconnected for repairs without any notification to the clients. There was nothing saying that there was not an elevator. But when we got there, there was nothing but stairs and I had to climb the stairs with bad knees was off for a short time, but when it was on again, it didn’t work well. The toilets didn’t flush Appropriately. The shower barely worked, and the pipes were really loud. The bed was uncomfortable.

Friendly check-in and only a $20 fee for a dog. Restaurant had good food but free breakfast was out of a number of things by 8:00. Bed was very comfortable and lots of room for the dog.

Budget friendly but absolutely no frills. Hotel is quite run down and check in was lacklustre at best. Thinnest towels and toilet paper ever but at least the bed was comfortable. Nice balcony but railing moved when you touched it.

Dirty room (carpet stains, tears, stains in bathroom, carpet had crumbs and dust on it). Unfriendly staff at check in. Tried to charge me for my service dog (service dogs are exempt by law).

You get what you pay for. This hotel was one of the cheapest options available. It’s an older property and has not been upkept very well. The staff were very nice and helpful. But the hotel was dirty and we were very anxious to leave and get on to our next destination.

Hotel felt dirty. The girl that checked us in didnt tell us where our room was and watched us walk in circles for 10 minutes, until I asked her and she proceeded to tell me it was in the other building. The TV didnt work in our room. Our room felt unclean. Didnt eat the breakfast they offered cause overall this hotel gave me the ick. There was a lady at the front desk who helped me get a couple clean towells and toilet paper, she was nice/friendly.

Beds are very uncomfortable, mold in the entire hotel, very dated & not clean. I would rather sleep in my car then ever sleep here again.

This place is a dump! As a family we had 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms the TV didnt work and the other room the AC wasn't working. When we called the front desk they said they didnt know how to fix the TVs but they would have maintenance look at it. Maintenance never showed. Bottom line, dont wast your money at this place!!

There were bedbugs. My son had to sleep in the same bed as me because one of the beds had bedbugs. They left used hair conditioner and soap for us to use that day. We had a wait for room because they didn’t have any clean rooms available the rooms were dirty.

Property was clean enough but looks a little tired. Lots of noise from either a loud guest’s music or nearby establishment. Nice choice of breakfast items in a spacious dining room.

I travel a lot and this was the worst experience checking in that I ever had!! I understand check in times, but sometimes I get in early (1:30). I always ask if I can get the room earlier. 95% of places will check their inventory and say yes or no. Here I was told 3:00! Okay... I'll get something to eat. At 2:45 I come back to an empty parking lot and try to check in, but am told 3:00, no earlier. I look around to see 3 other families waiting to check in!!! Really?? Miraculously at 3:00 on the dot we could all check in. The problem was there was only one person to check us in while 4 other employees were standing around behind the desk!! When it's my turn I'm told they don't accept pets anymore. In retrospect, I wish they would have told us to find another place, but they did allow us a room that at one time accepted pets. It was on the basement floor. Walking through the hall to our room reminded of what a prison would look like! Part of the ceiling was wide open to the pipework. The room was filthy: not dusted in obvious areas, drapes falling down, outlet covers filthy, rug disgusting, the bathroom had a hole in the wall, the TV didn't work, and there was a screeching sound coming from the toilet after flushing while the water rose slowly in the tank. Yes, we could have asked to move, but we were only there to sleep for the night and we had a pet with us. The plus of the place is their breakfast served in the closed restaurant on site. Beautiful views!

Stayed during the labor day weekend, paid x4 times more than the regular price. Room was stinking as if it was never opened! Paid for the balcony view and the door to the balcony was permanently locked. Had only 1 trash bin in the entire room, none in the bathroom.

The hotel was very dirty, the rooms smelled damp, the toilets and sinks were clogged, they changed our room and it was the same, the ceilings in the hallway were falling from the humidity, in my friends' room there was a dead rat. Horrible service, of course I will not return. I booked two nights and only stayed one and so far they will not give me a refund.

Great location, clean rooms

We disappointed for not work open door balcony, no pool because empty water and not work ice machine for too many things. We are not satisfty for our vacation since we are roadtrip from Canada

Absolutely terrible, and a joke for the price. It listed it as a balcony which was a weird triangular area with one crappy chair. The room was clearly old and looked nothing like the pictures. My room was clearly not vacuumed and had pieces of who knows what everywhere. The bathroom was in very poor condition with unfinished and damaged areas all over. Who knows what that weird color on the wall is. My friend’s room hat ants, mold around the shower, and a squeaky bed. For the outrageous price they charged for each room there is no way the condition and cleanliness is acceptable.

Nice property, great place and location. Close to Walmart, antelope canyon tours and close to freeway as well.

Nice place to stay With nice pool water is a bit green, short for shops and restaurants and Glen canyon dan and beautifil antelope canyons, (X is the secret)

Old, needs refurbishing in all areas. Common areas in poor repair. Carpets dirty.

There were ants in the room, and there was no cover for the air conditioner between the curtain and air conditioner. Temperature in the lobby was too warm and not comfortable.

Bed was a bit hard and no hot water.

The building was very hot upon entrance. It also had a musky smell. Our room had little to no hot water. The front desk woman gave me the wrong room key and wrong directions to my room.
