We always love staying at beachside resort, convenient location Walk across street to beach ,Bahama bobs restaurant. Pools always clean Front desk always nice,friendly, helpful.

Absolutely wonderful and clean everyone was friendly and respectful would highly recommend going there. They have washer and dryers you can use pet friendly and a clean pool

The room was ok, could have been better. A lot of dust on the bathroom vent. The lighting was poor. The building is dated, we were not told about the coffee bar in the lobby. We would not have known it existed except we saw it when checking out. The plus was, it is across the street from the beach.

my 2nd time staying here, stayed 7days. Very nice place to stay. The only thing I didn't like about this stay was they never swept or mopped our room even though we asked. I bought my own broom !! Had to ask everyday to refresh room. The staff are very friendly

It’s outdated building but couple minutes walk to the beach.Front deck worker Penny was so nice to me allowing us to check in couple hours earlier.And when we decided to stay one more night she had arranged same room for us even when room was sold out.If we will in that area again we would definitely stay in this hotel.

It is clean and the staff was nice. However, it was very spartan and lacking in comfortable furniture. No desk as advertised, a kitchen chair, the bed, a small sink with no space for toiletries, nothing on the walls. Obviously, this hotel has been here for years and is still in need of a lot of work.

The staff was excellent. The property was showing some age. The location was excellent. We completely enjoyed our visit.

Very close to the beach and conveniently located. Nice little restaurant with basic breakfast, lunch, ice cream and soon to be bar. Comfy atmosphere. Building could use some updating but it was definitely worth it for the price.

The staff was great. The rooms were nice and remodeled. There's only one ice machine and it's down in the lobby. They took the breakfast away my 1st day there and thats a big reason why I booked there. There were 2 washer and dryers but 1 of each were out of order. The hair dryer guard was messed up and sucked my wifes hair into it. Its in a great location though with an easy walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The pool was nice.

Alot of things in the room was rusty and some fixtures were falling apart. Room service did not clean our rooms and rhe sheets on the bed were not clean

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Only real issue was that the grass was full of stickers. So everywhere for your dog to potty was a little painful for the dog. Also says it has a grill area and does, but the grill is only there thanks to previous customers leaving a one. They do have a share box that you can leave beach items that won't fit or you don't want to return home with for the next guest. Great idea. We utilized this for some beach items and left more than we borrowed. Also, there is no breakfast. Only coffee, hot chocolate, and apple juice during our stay.

We liked that it was walking distance to the beach. Website at time said free daily breakfast, and there was not breakfast we were told it was being phased out and had not been removed from website yet. Our hotel room door was left open after housekeeping had been there.both these issues seemed to not be of concern to staff. Also our phone in room did not work. Asked to speak to manager and the one on duty said the main manager would not talk to guests and she didn’t have authority to offer anything to us. We checked out 2 days early due to all the troubles and issues.Hotel told me to contact Expedia and that they would contact hotel to see if we could get refunded for the 2 days. I called the hotel after contacting Expedia on 2 different occasions. Hotel said manager had not responded to email, and Expedia replied by email saying hotel would not refund due to cancellation policy.

The location was perfect! You can enjoy the beach with your family. And get something to eat as well. The crosswalk was 50ft from beach access. When arriving the hotel room was clean, tidy, and smell fresh. What I didn’t like was the hotel staff enter my hotel room without my permission. Within hours of our stay, only to change our towels out. And they touch some of my personal belongings. I did call down to the front desk to inform them and what I experienced. But the telephone didn’t work…. So I had to use my cell phone to call. The receptionist at the front desk ask? Did I not put my do not disturb on the door. I told her, I don’t have one. And she knew that…… Cause the next shift hotel reception told me… They will have to write me out…. Red Flag…… We unfortunately were told breakfast was provided. And that was not true. Only Coffee, granola bars, and Single Fruit. There’s No complementary Breakfast…..I ask can the head hotel owner give me a call. And they said No. but likely I wouldn’t choose to stay here.

Room was generally clean but in fair condition

Took forever to check in waiting to see if a room was cleaned yet and we were not early. Room was not very Clean. Hair everywhere and floor dirty. Very old. Rusty lamp shades. Figured for $200 a night would better.

More than a minute walk Had to cross street to start

Needed to check in hours before check in. They did so without hesitation made stay lots more enjoyable.

Very run down hotel overall. Fixtures were broke in the bathroom, broken floor tiles and even the tv remote was broken. The pool area is very old and worn looking, with extremely cloudy water present. Will never be staying here again.

The bathtub had black substance on gout and light fixture had black substance. The orginal room was dirty but staff gave me another room. There was no real breakfast. I will not recommend or return.

I was so very disappointed this property wasnt on the beach, its called Beachside resort , i say its the back of the beach , also it was not a minute walk to the beach , i think this is false advertising. The room was ok , pulled the couch up to see the tv , it was quite dirty under it .

Property advertised breakfast but there was no breakfast.

Well, the location and view of the ocean were the positives. Everything else was a total let down. Filthy, broken lamp shades. Leaking a\c unit that left puddles on the floor, broken towel bar, stained linens, stained walls, and the “free breakfast” consisted of apples, granola bars, coffee, and mini yogurt cups. A decent place for a quick overnighter in a pinch but not a place I would stay for an entire vacation. In this case you get what you pay for.

I didn’t have high expectations but this place was the worst. My room wasn’t cleaned before I arrived. I kept finding hair in the bathroom and towels. Disgusting. It wasn’t even during a busy season. The mattress was so uncomfortable and lumpy. The AC was so loud it woke me up every time it came on. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

The rooms were very nice and spacious, even with three full size beds. Only disappointment was the free breakfast. There was very little they offered.

Great room for value. Across the street from beach. Front desk guy from Jamaica was great. Breakfast was very basic. No hot items but coffee.

Our stay was peaceful, just wish they were pet friendly.

The only thing was I had to leave a day early and was not reimburse for that day. I went to check and they said the property would wmail me a receipt. So I paid for a day I was not there.

Beach just across the street. Extremely nice staff. Very clean. Great value for beach proximity. Full size fridge!
