I recently stayed at your hotel, and overall, my experience was pretty good. The staff member who checked me in was friendly and welcoming, which was a great start to my stay. However, there were a few concerns I wanted to mention. When I arrived in my room, I noticed that the bed sheets were dirty. Thankfully, I caught a housekeeping staff member in the hallway, and she was very responsive and changed the sheets immediately, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I also had an issue with the hot water in the bathroom, as there was none, so I had to take a cold shower the day I checked in and the day I checked out. Another concern was regarding the parking lot. I returned to the hotel late due to attending a concert in DC. I returned to the hotel around 3 a.m. As I was getting out of my car, a man approached me, stood next to my car, and started smoking a cigarette. He asked how I was doing, which initially seemed like he might be panhandling. However, he then asked what I had in my hand, which was food I got from Wawa. Feeling a bit uneasy, I grabbed my bags and headed toward the hotel entrance. The man followed me, which made me uncomfortable. I was unsure of his intentions, but it did make me concerned for the safety of others, especially if a woman were to encounter a similar situation late at night. I am not sure what you all could do regarding the parking lot encounter, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Great stay! Only suggestion for improvement would be with the hot breakfast. Not very good. Lacked taste. Otherwise, other continental breakfast options were good.

It was peaceful and quiet

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great room but there was a weird smell. I’ll bring air freshener with me next time.

Good location, easy check in.

My bathroom had a dirty wet washcloth in the shower and a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door. I changes rooms and the bathroom was “clean” but the shower ledge was falling off and there was red mildew along the edges. There was also a weather leak under the sink.

Was a decent stay. Good location.

Super dusty everywhere in my room and I am asthmatic . Didn’t sleep well. Did let know the front desk attendant and asked to speak to a manager /supervisor. He said he was not available. I left my info and asked to be contacted. That was Saturday 8/24. It’s 8/29 and had not been contacted.

Unclean, untidy and not well maintained. Will never return nor recommend.

The fitness room was kept nicely with wipes, towels, etc. The shampoo, soap, and conditioner bottles were consitently left empty. The pet stations with bags were handy. Odd wall art and a bit dated, but overall, comfortable stay.

We stayed here two nights, one night on the way to the beach and one coming back. Our first set of rooms were perfect, roomy, clean and comfortable. The second night we stayed, the blinds didn’t work in either room. In my mom’s room, she had to leave the lights off after dark because the pool was right out that window and there were people ‘partying’. Also the light shined in all night. Our room, I woke around 1 am to find water dripping from the bathroom light. We ended up moving to another room. The staff and manager were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The pool area was very nice and we were able to sit out and enjoy the beautiful day. Also we walked to a nearby restaurant as well as a convenience store which was very convenient. Good breakfast, too. We’d stay again.

Had a good stay here. It’s clean and there are very nice people working there. It was just a little musty smelling but not overwhelming. Great location and close to many conveniences.

i liked how quiet and peaceful the area was. shopping and dining were also very convenient. it felt like I was in the middle of everything.

I was not able to stay there even though I called them and said I would arrive a day late on my prepaid reservation. The person I spoke to followed their protocol but the next person did not and cancelled my reservation. Expedia had to relocate me.

There is no phone signal inside the hotel

Where is the signage for the hotel! Check in was smooth with no issues. Check in staff polite and friendly. Room clean and tidy. This was the only positive. 130am - someone’s car alarm going off outside my window for 30mins. 200am - door slamming in corridor. 230am - kids/teenagers running up and down the corridor. Breakfast, 100+rooms and only 6 tables to eat at! Wife goes to make coffee, none left! So mentions to front desk and is screamed at, “she is making it already”!

When we got there, we had to wait for over an hour for our room even though i asked for early check in. I called the day before to ask for an early check in and verify the pool was open, when i got there no room and pool was closed. I then got to my room and only had 1 towel for 3 people and our fridge didn’t work. They had prompt service to fix our fridge, but the front desk person basically laughed in my face when i was upset we only had 1 towel. They knew ahead of time there were 4 of us with a 3 year old. Wouldn’t stay there again, for being a Hilton run hotel, i was definitely not impressed!

This wqa juat an overnight stay while driving form Georgia to NYC. The staff was lovely checking in and out, the beds were comfortable ans the bathroom amenities were unexpected and delightful. We booked this room at the last minute and the value was dtill very good. Area was clean ans safe as well aa the property and the room. The neighborhood seemed very nice and i would definitely stay here again and explore the area more.

Pool was down for maintenance

Our stay was comfortable. When we first arrived the TV did not work due to the poor weather in the area days before. I could not call the front desk to bring it to there attention because the phone in the room was disconnected.

Everyone was helpful and friendly at the front desk.Noah and his copartner took really good care of me at checkin. Emily was great at check out. I chose this property for the convivence and location. It is right behind my favorite restaurant the Silver diner. I had reservation with another property that called me at the last minute to say no longer had a room they overbooked. Offered no help at all on the closet hotel to them. I remembered this hotel that I had stayed before, so I booked right away. You have won me over; I will stay here again in the future. I am in Richmond 2 times a month on the weekend. I will recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel in a good location. By the way I worked for Marriott for 12 years, so I know all about what should happen at a great property.

The hotel rooms were not terribly dirty, just a little hair in the shower and the corners of the floor were pretty dirty. I checked for bugs and didn’t find any. It’s not the classiest place but completely sufficient.

Terrible service. I stayed for 4 nights and the housekeeper didn’t come to make the room whatsoever. They mention that is made every other day (which is fine) but the room was never done. When I complained they just mentioned that the housekeeper was gone so I had to wait until tomorrow when I was doing the check out. The breakfast also terrible. I also had to go to the front desk every day because my key card for the room was never working. They don’t have enough staff either. Will never come back.

It's the least favorite Hampton Inn we stayed at - dark hallways, looks old, our carpet was damp. Not going back here.

It was a great one night stay. The housekeeping staff knocked 3 times between 9 and 11am which was quite irriwith a 12 noon checkout.

Everything was amazing! Clean room. Nice solo trip. Would stay again.

Staff exceptionally kind. Room had an odor but loveable, could not adjust heating/cooling well. Room was clean, no outside noise.

Firstly, I booked a king bed and ended up being given a double bed. Doors around me kept opening and slamming all throughout the night up until about 11PM. It was very hard to get my daughter to sleep with all the noise. Breakfast wasn’t the best so I was a little disappointed with that as well.
