Stayed two different nights when at Mayo. Clean and quiet, staff is friendly. Love the big bathroom. Restaurant next door is nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel room was great and exactly as pictured. The pool area was in great condition, however there was zero supervision or lifeguard. The pool & hot tub were packed, likely above capacity. Kids were going down the water slide 5-6 at a time making it very difficult for my children to safely go down.

The front desk gentlemen was very nice and helped answer my questions and let us into our room a little early. Hot tub, pool area was very nice. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Employee are awesome,very on top of things, problems we had with our stay were addressed very quickly, soon as we checked in the sink in our room leaked, and then our toilet the whole stay wouldn’t flush correctly or at all , maintenance tried their best to resolve the problems with the bathroom

The slide was only turned on in the evenings. Otherwise it was a great stay and my kids loved it.

Came here for the pool alone for my son before surgery, only the kiddie pool was open. Asked for a refund to go to another hotel for my son to be able to swim somewhere and was told no due to it being time of check-in. The kiddie pool has poles at the end of the slide that is dangerous and the slide structure was peeling paint all over. The bathroom looked like it was only cleaned with bare minimum effort, sink and shower had hair all over and there was dirt in the corners. There was a plunger sitting in a bag at the top of the stairs the whole stay that had a smell to it as well.
Ice machine was broken but a nice worker went to the event center to get some for us, about the only nice thing about our stay.

Close to Mayo Clinic. Pool was good. No hot tub. Disappointed, was one reason I booked. Take a star away for that. Bathroom sink leaking. Fixed while I was there. Just a needed update. Things happen. Everything worked out. Will stay again.

This is our 4th time staying here.. good location and good breakfast only issue is the hot tub has been out of service twice out of our four stays .

Great hotel for keeping kids occupied and their minds off Drs appointments at Mayo. Slide and hot tub are the kids favorites. Connected restaurant has great food. Beds are great, we all slept good. Rooms are outdated but we don’t really care. Only real complaint is the breakfast is one of the worst ones ever. Ran out of pancake batter, cereal options no kid would ever want, needless to say, we didn’t eat anything. But for the price, driving to get food wasn’t that big of deal! That’s a real life human review. We will be back

The staff was first-rate. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Our young daughter was enthralled with the pool and water park. Overall an excellent stay and would, without hesitation, stay again.

It is an older building, so there were fewer electrical outlets but mostly this was not a serious problem.

Our check in wasnt the greatest. Front desk staff were talking and ignored us for a few minutes. We were there early and were told our room was ready but there would be a $35 fee to check in early. I have never heard of this!
Our room was musty and smelled like dogs.

We spent a night for a little getaway and so our kids (age 12, 9, and 3) could swim. Everyone had an awesome time! All of the kids enjoyed the water slide, our oldest played basketball in the pool for hours, the toddler area was perfect for our 3 year old. Staff were polite and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again.

The staff is friendly and helpful but if you plan to come with your family with the intent to have fun at the pool keep in mind you are own your own 100% enforce anything resembling safety rules. They have paper laminated signs all over the pool area just to say they have rules but they do nothing to enforce them. Our last night there was downright dangerous because there was a few families that chose to let their kids literally run wild and throw balls across the pool area or do cannon balls into the hot tub full of people. This was all happening while 2 staff members just stood around and watched. This hotel could be a fun place to bring your family but don’t expect the staff to do anything in the pool area.

Very clean. Fun pool area for the kids . However the hotel overall needs updates. Most definitely new room doors. I woke up thinking someone was in our room but they were just outside in hallway by our door. Needless to say it scared me and I didn’t sleep well the remainder of the night . The walls in room were awesome but all the noise level cam from doorway. It’s a quite older hotel that’s been updated over many years but needs another.

A really nice place for the price. Only downside part was their was a bunch of kids in the jacuzzi and quite a bit of people.

Stayed with family to enjoy the pool. Was good but very busy and loud. Hot tub was not very warm.

Had to move rooms, room was gross. Hot tub broke when we first arrived. Finally opened, not hot and at one point we counted 38 kids in it. Hard for adults to enjoy. If they made the hot tub hot, the kids wouldn’t want to sit in it. Pool was freezing. Another reason kids wanted to be in the luke warm hot tub. Breakfast was gone by 8:30am on Saturday. Won’t be back.

The stay was not what we expected as we were checking in, we found out hot tub was down for the day. Which we had one night stay. Had a pool side room which when it starts getting late and ready to turn in. You can hear the loudness coming from the pool area. Staff was very friendly and we were greeted very well. Some minor room ammenities weren’t what we expected. Slept good and the room was nice and dark.
