The worst and not clean

At check in, the clerk was not very friendly. Just took my information and handed me a key. I asked him about parking, and he just pointed to a sign on the wall. Neighborhood seemed very sketchy. Lots of people hanging around and in parking area and the restaurant area next door. The location is difficult to get to and I would not try if I was pulling a trailer. The unit is wrapped around the restaurant building and not very clearly marked where the entrance is located. Hallways were dirty and didn't appear to have been vacuumed for a few days. Room was clean but the sink in the bathroom dripped or ran constantly depending on how you positioned the valve. Tub grout was moldy in small spots. Bed was comfortable. Room next to mine was closed off with fire investigation tape and, per the date on the tape, had been that way since January, 2024.

Overall it was Good!! Had a Comfortable Stay! There is still Scope Of Improvement!!! Safety Locker Should be also Included. The Fridge & Microwave are old and Gradually they should be replaced!!!

I was very disappointed with my stay, when interning the room was clean but when walking into the bathroom the vent was filled with dust and the sink was clogged When washing our hands. the hallways had dust and bugs in the hallway internet service was not working.

This stay was the most horrible experience ever the front desk receptionist are rude I asked for a upgraded room and I got the most nastiest room ever when I went and told them that wasn’t what I paid for he said that that’s updated so the picture isn’t what they give you and he wanted to charge me 20$ more a night for a upgraded room (something I already paid for) as I paid for two night already I had no choice but to stay then when I went to check the room out to find out it was dirty and the bed sheets had cigarette burns in them after that the first morning house keeping walking in to my room at 8 in the morning when it was me and my son and mother in the room scaring us awake after that we ended up finding little bite marks on our body!!! This place has bed bugs!!! Also nasty sheets with stains that looked like blood!! I do not recommend at all first and last time coming to this excuse of a hotel

I don’t want to talk about it

The property was terrible - there was trash all over the place - it looked like people were just dumping big household items like chairs and other things near the dumpster. The carpet inside the hallways had stains on it. After checking in I went to my room and it was clean and modern - which made me happy - until I went into the bathroom which had writing all over the back of the door (which they tried to cover with paint) - Whoever wrote it said things like "The had been beaten by Jared for two years, that they were abducted by two gang members, and that they woke up from two suicide attempts. I immediately went to the front desk and asked the manager to come look at the door - and to set me up with a better room. The manager said that this was the best room they had and that if I didn't like it - I could leave. I requested a refund and they refuses - so basically I was stuck there. I was very disappointed, and will never stay there again!

Enjoyed my stay

Horrible place. More like a motel than a hotel. The shower was new which is great but the smell of smoke was pungent and the window blind was literally ripped halfway off the rafter. Also forgot my license and credit card at the front desk and they didn't alert me about it. It was only after leaving and needing gas about 30 miles out that I realized and had to turn back.

We check in, manager was not pleasant at all. Our first room had black mold on the ceiling along with 3 water bubbles of paint going down the wall. They moved us to another room which had a non-working refrigerator so we personally moved the working one from the first room over to the other room. Well to say the least there was a used condom behind the fridge in the new room. Absolutely disgusting. The maintenance guy didn't speak english, some staff gathered at night by the dumpster drinking and smoking. If I was Expedia, I would not offer this hotel to ANYONE! We spoke to them about the experience and they did not care. They just said they know and cannot do anything about it. No refund or anything. $130 down the drain.

My trip was for business. Knly my bedside light worked. The other lighta did not work. Breakfast options were limited

Dated and aged furnishings, dirty environment. Had to get door key recoded a few times.

Clean and peaceful

We were surprised by the condition of the building. The lighting was poor outside and I almost missed the place driving by. The A/C was not working in the lobby but was in the room. The bathroom looked like it once had a big double vanity but was replaced by a pedestal sink!

My room was broken into at 1 in the morning. When I tried to file a complaint with the front desk she stated she had nothing to do with it and that was something that happens there all the time. She was very aggressive and defensive. I was so uncomfortable and felt very unsafe, they have no security. I had to end my stay and find another hotel.

I saw black and brown blotches all over the bedsprings, but the sheets looked clean and it was late, so we stayed. I woke up at 6am to see a bug on my pillow. I inspected further and there were multiple bugs crawling around the bed. I looked up bed begs on my phone and it turns out they were bed bugs - and the blotches on the bedsprings were their droppings. I brought a bed bug to the front desk to prove there were bugs in the room. I was told there was nothing they could do because I paid through Orbitz, a third party. They gave me some garbage bags. My boyfriend and I discarded items we could part with and put everything else in the bags. We showered - without using the towels and put on clothes that were not close to the beds. We drove home way earlier than we wanted to and I spend six hours scouring the car and putting our clothing items in commercial dryers and then washing everything. It really sucked. And the worst thing is that I contacted Orbitz to get a refund. I sent pictures. But, the manager of the hotel refused to refund our money!!!!! I looked into small claims court, but even if you win you almost never get your money because if the other party doesn't pay the court doesn't actually help you get your money, so that is a dead-end. My sense is that this hotel has a serious infestation problem and gets away with it because small claims court isn't really worth it.

I am comfortable

We booked a room with a hot tub. Your website said that the room was Smoke-Free. However, we got a smoking room. After telling the manager that we requested a smoke free room, he told us that none of the hot tub rooms are smoke free. The chair was not even close to clean and they told us the best they can do is put a sheet over it. The only saving grace of that room was the hot tub. My wife liked the bed, but I had trouble being comfortable in it due to the blankets being in less than perfect condition. The key card lock system was broken and the door was opened all day and we didn't notice until that night. After letting the manager know, he sent a guy to check it out and the man smelled like he was full of booze. It was disgusting. After leaving, all of our clothes reeked of cigarette smoke, even the clean ones we didn't wear. I will not be staying at that place ever again. Book at your own risk

No ac running in the lobby or breakfast area. Condition of the room was terrible. Bathroom ceiling have holes no exhaust fan. Floor was dirty . Overall not worth the money. Stay away and look someplace else. Breakfast was. Ad also not much choices. Ice vending machine was broken. Not worth the stay

Need more cleaning and refresh the sorriu ding areas: I.e more gardening

Everything inside the hotel is dirty, carpets, elevator, windows, etc. the outside of the hotel, garbage all over the place. Will never stay here again

Everything in general was quite average.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The room still has some trash in it from the previous occupants. It was quite run down and had some mold in the bathroom.
