The room was not as described, we had two beds rather than one bed and a sofa. Furthermore when advising the hotel that the room does not lock from the inside which is concerning for a ground floor room they are unable to fix the door or provide and alternative. Restaurant is overpriced, service was disappointing and location is noisy.

The mark of a hotel is how they deal with a problem. I needed to change rooms at 1am. The staff were great and sorted another room very quickly and cheerfully. Namib and his colleague were excellent. Minor niggle was room service, no answer on the phone but Reception took the order. There is a £5 surcharge after 11pm. A fair charge but should be stated on the menu. Look forward to staying here again.

Perfect position if you are visiting Brands Hatch Race Track. It is otherwise in a very quiet area.

Very nice hotel for a stay with my 8 year old daughter. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and she really enjoyed the breakfast and swimming pool

Hotel was great when I stayed here. Room was lovely and even had a view of the track which was great for the event I was attending. Breakfast was lovely having everything you would want. Would stay here again if I am attending a motorsport event.

Very convenient for Brands Hatch event. Bed desperately needs a new mattress or a good topper. Read a few bad reviews prior to our stay but we were impressed

Awful, they decided that they were going to wash the building from 9am. The noise was awful. Woke us up! We paid the extra for a late check out to have a lie in so it wasn’t worth it. Also, the steam room and jacuzzi was out of action. What a joke!

Was good overall. Only down side is the spa jacuzzi and steam room were not working but still had a great stay

Service was good but the hotel and spa does need a little attention and a bit of money spent. Breakfast is good but did find the food in the restaurant a little expensive and your stay started to add up.

Stayed last year and nothing has changed but sadly not much choice near the race circuit. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in for years. Dirty room, no aircon (it was 32 degrees in the day), scruffy restaurant and very poor quality breakfast. Went to use the leisure club before departure - the steam room and jacuzzi were broken and the pool was really hazy and dirty (other people were complaining too). Avoid !

Room very warm, no aircon & found mattress too hard for our liking. Other than that for 1 night it was ok.

Everything was great, lovely room, lovely gym and pool which can get slightly busy so we didn’t get to use the jacuzzi but still nice, the bar was good we watched England play even though the screens are small. Breakfast was very dry, wasn’t happy with that. Parking wasn’t free which was very annoying

Nice overnight business stay , clean comfortable hotel good pool and facilities. BUT what made this trip was our host who checked us in Aurelie , what a fantastic lady who went above and beyond to help us , she really is a credit to the hotel and hopefully she gets some recognition for her hard work.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms, lovely spa facilities and an enjoyable motorsport theme throughout. I would highly recommend for anyone attending an event at Brands Hatch, or just motorsport enthusiasts looking for a small spa break.

Staff are lovely but there wasn’t anywhere near enough of them. Property needs some TLC

Clean pleasant hotel. Lovely staff & easy parking.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent for Brands Hatch Race course. The room was clean and adequate for everything you could want. Good shower and soft towels. We had a nice meal in the restaurant. The only negative was our room wasn’t serviced so tea, milk etc wasn’t replenished. I rang down and was told they would send some to our room but it didn’t arrive. After waiting over an hour we rang again and went to reception to pick some up.

There was a drunk guy in the bar area that apparently works there but was told to go home because he turned up to work drunk. The food options were limited. The room - it had mould in the shower, someone was smoking illegal substances in the next room and it stank all night. It was the worst stay ever

Having stayed numerous times at this hotel, it is very peaceful with comfy bed and easy parking

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was fine, very clean and the bathroom was very nice and modern. The menu was not as advertised, the meals that are shown on the internet are misleading. The menu was so limited, it was like a very boring local pub. No fresh vegetables, no steaks, or nice meats, no home cooked dishes. Just pies (not home made), and fish and chips, one salad, which with chicken would have been nearly £20.00. The cold breakfast was lovely, The fried breakfast was very greasy. We would never come again, although the spa was lovely. If you want treatments, pre-book. They do a lot of spa days.

The food was not good. everything else was fine. the gym is open to locals so was rather full but the spa area was nice

Stayed for a spa break- spa was lovely and staff very friendly. Hotel however was terrible. Rooms are old, falling apart and full of mould. The ceiling above our shower was peeling off, there was mould all around the shower. Mould all around the windows in the bedroom. Carpet was threadbare with patches missing. Afternoon tea was standard, but paid 4 pound for a ‘large’ tea which was half a tiny cup full. I paid for this stay in advance but once we had checked out, the hotel tried to take payment of more than our room cost with a card that was only used to tap to pay for parking. After ringing them they said they had tried taking payment for someone else’s room by mistake and had our card details from when it was tapped… absolutely unacceptable. Would not return and would definitely not recommend

Not overly clean, Cold drafty room, not worth the price and someone entered my room in the night even with double lock on door!
