I do not recommended because the staff and the reseption reject to help me when it was a problem with my transport to the examen area where I came to London for it.

Everything was excellent except a/c unit and tv wasn’t working. The staff moved on fixing it right away. I would definitely stay there again

This was our second visit to the Richmond Hill Hotel and all was good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was great. It's a hotel we will return too.

We had a wonderful stay the night before our wedding - and it was a magical evening for the bridal party. The staff assigned to our room was so amazing - would 100% stay again. The breakfast was also incredible!!

Lovely hotel. Our room was well appointed but extremely small. It’s perfect for the single traveler. I should have paid attention to the square footage before selecting, but it suited our needs for a one night stay.

Another fine stay at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have come across at a hotel. Location is outstanding, opposite the views from Richmond Hill with Richmond Park almost next door.

Hotel is quite old and facilities are somewhat dated, but its location cannot be beaten and the breakfast buffet is first class.

What a lovely change from my usual central London stay. Lovely hotel from the reception/lounge areas to the staff. And such a glorious location

Room was very small, to much furniture,could not monouver around the room comfortably, shower was good, bed didnt feel like a kingsize, but overall ok for sleeping in, could of done with a fridge, instead of unnecessary furniture,for the price of the room was very pricey..The car parking was charged,never had that at any hotel i have stayed in before, and I have stayed at this hotel many times and never was charged for car park, so was surprised when asked to pay£15 per day.its a great location and cleaner elenia was very friendly, and greeted you with a smile at all times. Reception staff very friendly, and helpful . Was told to book direct to avoid car charges and you would get breakfast included, so will bear that in mind before booking with hotel.com in future ,

Great Richmond Hotel in a superb position above Richmond Park and in a quart residential area. Excellent staff throughout particularly in the reception and bar area. Rooms comfortable and well finished. Unusual layout but we liked it. Buffet breakfast excellent and the dining room is very cosy. Bar menu good choice and nice to eat out on the terrace. Only negative was that the à la cart menu in the restaurant had very little choice and disappointing for everything else the hotel had to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We shared a triple room and it was of a good size for three. A sofa bed best for small child. Hotel itself is lovely, the breakfast room is beautiful and buffet has an excellent selection .

On arrival, check in was fast and staff ready to help.

Beautiful property in a lovely, walkable area of Richmond Hill. Hotel desk staff member was very helpful at check in and restaurant staff were attentive. I would love to stay again.

We went to Twickenham to watch the rugby and this is our go to hotel. This visit was the best yet. Friendly and efficient staff, great food and a lovely atmosphere. The bathroom and mirrors and glass could have done with an extra buff. Well done though. We’ll be back

Richmond is just lovely and the terrace gardens leading down to the Thames are beautiful.

Breakfast and dining choice and quality excellent. Room facilities were adequate, and because we had a king size bed there was very little room around it.

All of the staff was welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely room with a view over Richmond Hill. There are beautiful walks just out the front door of the hotel. The restaurant also had great service and excellent food. It was an easy drive to Heathrow.

Great hotel in amazing location. Good parking & a novel room with sliding wall to open up space in the shower room. Particularly surprised to find all sky channels on the TV too.

Beautiful property and location. Historic building (which you can clearly see with the difference in floor levels on the ground floor) but completely modernized guest rooms. Really stunning area to walk around but as it is on a hill, most routes require you to walk back up. Near Richmond Park nature preserve but I preferred to go towards the Thames. Only drawback is location is not easily accessible to public transportation and I had a guest room on the ground floor which is right next to a car park area. I enjoyed my meal in the beautiful restaurant!
