Amazing stay, esp for San Fermín!

Great location but the area around the facility was filthy during festival. We enjoyed the breakfast, bar and accommodations otherwise.

Really good hotel in middle of old town, if a little business like. Its own underground car park short walk away, they say you cannot pre book but it's so big you can't imagine it ever getting full. Location cannot be argued with and good comfort all round. Helpful staff.

Very satisfied.But for someone that is not prepared to the fact that the hotel cannot be reached by car the surprise could be a bit stressing!the future clients should be notified with that fact.

Good location and a decent hotel

Only negative is poor wifi in room. Otherwise great stay. The staff was wonderful in giving us what we needed as we worked through some Camino injuries. Would stay again and recommend.

The concierge was most helpful with details around parking and sights to see around the hotel. It is difficult to find the hotel with all the narrow streets and one ways but the underground parking was so appreciated and lots of available spots.

It is a good experience to stay in the hotel. It is only a little confused to drive up to the hotel following the GPS because the area is the restricted zone. Luckily the people are friendly. A guy passing who even helped me to call the hotel to get some infos. Basically, as long as you are the hotel guests, you can drive up and stop in front of the hotel. The Hotel is the old town area, everywhere is walkable. The environments inside or outside the Hotel are good. People working on the counter are very helpful and friendly. Always 😃

The only detail missing was the lack of a coffee maker in the room. Therefore, there was no ability to make either coffee or tea for those who don’t do a heavy breakfast.

We have an enjoyable one-night stay here. The hotel is easy to find with a close and easily accessible parking garage. The location was perfect next to a lovely cafe and family park in the heart of the old town area. Easy short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with lovely art. We would stay there again.

A great room in the centre of town. What is not to like?

Ì arrived 4 hours before check-in time. It was raining, and the desk clerk saw I came in with a backpack, and knew I must be walking the Camino di Santiago. He allowed me to go into my room without waiting. Awesome act of kindness.

On arrival we were not sure about driving into the pedestrian zone, so left the car and walked in. The reception staff were kind and quickly explained where to park and that we’d need to give them our car registration so that we’re could drive to the underground car park, which is a stone’s throw from the hotel. Whilst I parked the car, they prepared our room cards and got on with our check-in. Our rooms were well setup and had everything that we required. There was a fridge in the room and they provided complimentary water bottles. Breakfast was a good setup and staff were all super professional and friendly. When we left, we accidentally left a suitcase behind. Only after arriving in Barcelona did we notice and on calling reception, they went out of their way to courier the suitcase to us at our next hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were all excellent, the hotel and facilities were great, the location of the hotel was excellent, the parking nearby and easy to use. Pamplona too is a great place to explore and we will be back.

Good location. Nearby parking easy to get to. Rooms look new. Nice and clean. Lovely bathroom. Good selection at breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our time in Pamplona and will come back again
