There were cigarette stains in the comforter It was old and run down

No hair dryer in my room and when I contacted the front desk I was advised that only certain rooms had them and they didn’t have any additional ones at the motel we could use. Also, the key to our room deactivated daily and we had to visit the front desk each day to have the key reset. Mattresses made noises, probably due to age.

The sheets were not changed during our entire 4 night stay despite repeatedly asking for it - there were stains on the top sheets so we knew they were the same sheets . The rooms aand the bathrooms smelled and we had to ask for room service everyday otherwise the rooms would not be cleaned or the beds made. The staff were very very nice but the room condition left a lot to be desired

**Hotel Review: Unacceptable Accessible Room** Our stay at this hotel was a mix of disappointment and relief. Initially, we were assigned a handicap accessible room located right behind the front desk. This room lacked a room number and felt more like a utility closet than a proper hotel room. Despite not being wheelchair-bound, it was clear that a wheelchair would have had no space to maneuver in that cramped area. There was no desk, very little space to move around the bed, and the bed itself was unacceptable – it felt like a prison cot with a plastic outer cover and an incredibly thin sheet that made every spring painfully evident. Upon realizing that not all rooms were like this, the friendly staff promptly found us an acceptable room, which significantly improved our experience. However, had we been forced to stay in the original room, our weekend would have been completely ruined. It is disheartening to think that this room is considered accessible for people with disabilities. The hotel needs to address this issue to ensure that all guests, regardless of their needs, are provided with a comfortable and dignified stay.

Not a very good breakfast with a small, overcrowded dining area. Uncomfortable bed. Mostly kept clean.

If you like (or expect) air conditioning this is not the hotel for you.

The Breakfast area is too small and crowded.

Room we were given had beds with sheets that were fully bloodstained. Were moved to an adjacent room, SAME PROBLEM, what happened here? Our daughter was hysterical, we went acroos the street and booked there. Returned to request a refund, manager out doing errands and would be back in the evening, but when we called at 7pm, was not working. We will call tomorrow for a refund.

Made a reservation on Expedia for the night before the eclipse, had reservation number only to get to hotel and be told that hotel was sold out and I had no room. There were no other vacancies anywhere in Ithaca or surrounding areas. Had to sleep in my car. I had no help from hotel or Expedia. This is unacceptable.

We stayed here 3 years ago and it was really outdated . We thought we would try it again after remodeling. It was great ! Friendly staff , dogs allowed and clean rooms . Huge bathroom . Centrally located in Ithaca .

Very easy check in & convenient location

Old dirty hotel. Room had wet/musty smell. Floors were dirty. I had to use wipes to clean floor of dirt, hair and food crumbs from prior visitors. Seems like they don't vacuum or sweep floors. Glad i was alone and not w my family. To say the least, i will not be staying herevagain.

I stayed here for several days for business purposes because of its convenient location. The property is in need of updating, which I normally would not mind. However, my room had a musty odor and a residual smell of cigarettes (despite a non-smoking sign). Breakfast included options that you would find in a continental breakfast. Front desk service was okay.

It was disappointing that they did not have much protein for breakfast. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and room temp good.
