My stay was great breakfast was good I loved the apple juice especially

We had late check in due to our flight being cancelled. The staff was very accommodating and even had breakfast out early to accommodate our early flight.

It was nice, quiet, and the AC was amazing. Will come back to this place.

The property is old, i see some upgrades like thier mirror is cool, the shower is upgraded. There's a damp smell in our room that doesn't go away. We had a quiet and safe stay overall.

Property location very convenient. Check in was slow. Room smell had powerful chemical cleaning smell- overwhelming! Bathroom floor had a leak.

My stay was great

Room door was hard to close because the hinges were rusted solid even the fresh white paint on them couldnt hide the orange flakes and dust. The wall to the right of the door was wet and soft from some kind of leak. There was also visible rust on the lamps, fridge, bathroom hinges basically almost all of the metal in the room was rusted. The moisture in the room could be felt in the carpet and bedding everything felt damp. Everything wall had a fresh coat of paint but that doesnt fix the underlying issues. This hotel could be soo much better with some proper maintenance and repairs. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful but this hotel is in serious need of a full renovation.

Room smelled. Door was missing seals and one could see outside.

I will never recommend this place. Horrible place to stay

There was no elevator available which I didn't know and would never have booked this room. My elderly mother had to walk of 2 flights of steps each time and no lower floor rooms were available. Our room was never cleaned the 3 days we were there. I never felt comfortable in this room.

Pleasantly surprised with the room considering the motel was an “Inn”. Staff was very responsive and the room was clean and had some nice touches, I would return, good value!

The room had the bathroom door damaged, it was pretty hard to close it properly. There were a lot of small roaches in the nightstand.

totally dissatisfied. the room is extremely humid to the point where the sheets and carpet feel damp. It has a musty smell, including the door leading from one room to the other and the bathroom door has mold. There were little boxes (I don't know the name) to remove humidity, they were full of dirty water, and as it was on the floor, next to the air conditioning, my baby picked it up and when we looked he was almost drinking the water. The bathroom exhaust fan is extremely noisy, it doesn't work properly (I had to remove the lid and clean it a little to improve the noise) The TV doesn't work (I don't know if it's it or the remote control). The curtain doesn't open (I also had to fix it) The bathroom was dirty, I had to use my children's wet wipes to clean it. Not to mention the “superficial” things like the wallpaper coming off the wall, the tissue box coming off the wall and the shower faucet also coming loose, as well as many other things. We just didn't leave because everything was full and we couldn't be without a place with our 2 babies. If I didn't live far away, we would certainly have returned home. I sent this same message while I was still staying and nothing was done.

It was very convenient and clean.

The room was very neat. It included a small refrigerator and microwave. Room looked like it was recently remodeled with accent wallpaper of jets. Plenty of parking. Staff was professional in meeting my request. Swimming pool was clean. Complimentary breakfast had a variety of cold and hot foods. Only thing to make my stay more enjoyable is having the complimentary breakfast available until 10 a.m. instead of 9 a.m.

The flooring in the room left our feet dirty. The pullout couch was dirty. There were people hanging out all around our room, and some were quite loud. I did appreciate a couple people from the staff, that communicated with Expedia, to refund the two days that we checked out early.
