We could not stay. The rooms were not livable. I would like my money refunded.

This place is disturbing. 6 of us pulled in, having previouy made reservations. We were all given keys to our rooms, and were told go check out our rooms to see what we thought. Of the 6 rooms, one was recently remoded and pretty decent. The others were frightening. Stained draperies, holes and stains on the walls, linoleum floor buckling, poorly lit. My friend said it looked like maybe somewhere a murder would take place. And, we also witnessed a segment of America that is troubling. This place houses the poor, including children. It should not be available for rent by the general public. It serves a different segment of the population.

NASTY this place looks like a drug house, disgusting is an understatement. People setting outside everywhere looked like they were drugged up The room was worse., upon entering the room smell like it had been closed and molded for years ,flip the light on and there was dirt and dust all over the floors all over everything no plug-in receptacles except for two in the bathroom and in the room, we only had one light. The TV didn’t work,we left the one lamp on and the bathroom lights in the event that there were roaches, which I’m sure there were but thankfully we didn’t see any. The Blanket-had burn holes in it from cigarettes. The sheets were stained up so we stripped the bed down to the bottom sheet and laid out three blankets that we had brought to cover the pillows and bed as to not have to touch any of that to sleep on. 10 out of 10 the nastiest hotel I have ever been in. The box spring had a stain looked like dried blood down the side and the mattress was like cardboard on springs. Sleep in your car before you sleep here it’s that bad. We did not spend the entire night. We left after sleeping a couple hours and checked out and went to a different hotel.

The state uses it as a homeless shelter and halfway house. Its not an acutal hotel and you will not be refunded your money. Do not book a room there.

First it took me an hour to get a room I tried two different rooms they were dirty I already paid for the room so I had to stay the third room I went to look too good until I was ready to take a shower the sink was dirty the tub was dirty the map that you step on was dirty the bed was clean I look no bed bugs but no never again. And they had the nerve to ask for a deposit Smdh....

Very nasty in every part of the hotel room canceled my stay when somewhere else

Don't do it ! Exact words from the clerk trying to get old computer system to work, " no training and no time to figure it out cause I'm dealing with crack heads, cops and trying not to get shot" Literally roaches on beds and in refrigerator. No rooms out of 300 worth staying in, I looked at 5 of them. Only good thing about them not being condemned is all the homeless folks living there. Would post pics if it let me.

Absolutely would NEVER recommend this hotel. Staff is rude, the property is dirty. After we got our room key and finally found our room since the hostess gave us wrong directions, we were hit with a VERY strong scent of bug killer when we opened our door. There were dead bugs in the bath tub on the sink area and by the tv we turned right around and left. When took the key back to front told her we could NOT stay there all she said was ok. Very unproffesional!!

Bugs were crawling on the floor and furniture. Tile broke in shower as well as mold. Carpet was filthy. Did not stay!!!!!

Didn't get to stay because of a maintenance issue. Had no room on race weekend & not enough money to get a room elsewhere. It was going to cost over $300 for a room elsewhere

Cheap place to stay if u doing monthly but not to clean

They called and cancelled last minute I was literally in the parking lot when they called

When I arrived, lady said no rooms available. When I made the reservation it said it was the last room. Lady said she tried to call, but I do not know why she could not get through. This hotel is a long distance from the interstate, so I was quite disappointed in driving all that way for no room. We went to the next town and got a room ok. I will be reluctant to use your service again.

I reserved a pet friendly room online, upon arrive I was informed no pet friendly rooms were available, so after an already long drive I had to find accommodations elsewhere.

Facility should be condemned. Rooms smelled, no towels in room. Bed stunk, could only find 1 channel on TV which didn't fit on its stand. Room felt unsafe, and it would take no effort to bust the door off its hinges. Had to cancel reservation and find a hotel that had all the things that made my stay feel safe and secure. Amercourt is set up more for homeless or vagrant people who don't mind having rugs all frayed and stains throughout the room. No towels, no hangers for clothes, and about 1/4 of a roll of TP. I will never ever go to or recommend Amercourt to anyone.

Very shocked at the condition of this property. I thought I could just slip into clean sheets since everything else was dirty, but even when I pulled down the bedding, it was stained. There were so many signs this place hadn’t been cleaned- to include sunblock and fruit stickers on the lamp and wall, crumbs on top of the microwave, and pubic hair on the toilet. I only lasted about 10mins and left. Waiting for the manager’s response about a refund still…

Did not like the rude staff that acted like they were police officers or the owners of the property. Amanda is the worst staff any company could employee and you wonder why you lose business it's that b***h. She needs to be let go.

Had no room after reservation got there and no room

Hit me with a 50.00 deposit which still hasn't come off my card. Room had roaches.

Bed was comfortable to an extent, they didn’t clean room while we were there, didn’t bring clean towels daily. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was not… what I expected to see at all. It isn’t anything to look at-in fact you really wouldn’t want to look at it. It was a ‘smoke-free’ room but it reeked of smoke. And mold i think? There was blood on the bathroom door too. Positives though- it was nice and quiet, that’s something I suppose.

Upon arriving, the person in reception asked me to check the room first if we wanted to proceed. The room was dirty, with holes in the walls, strong smell of tobacco. We left immediately.

This was probably the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. So gross that I didn’t remove my shoes and left in the middle of the night

It wasn’t a great stay

I needed a cheap hotel last minute. Well you get what you pay for. I knew it was not going to be a luxurious hotel but the water was hot and the heater worked.

Easy access to stores and main highways

Our room had mold in it and was very run down. The heat didn’t work and shelf’s were falls off the walls

This place should be razed and start over. Great location. Had better accommodations in Somalia.

the room was dirty, the floor was sticky...the housekeeper said she had to steal the flat screen tv from our room for another room that had a non working tv..then she had to find a box tv in storage for our room...the light in the room didnt work, that's why the maid had to come back and to bring a clicker for the box tv....it was not the room we booked...this one didnt have a cooktop or microwave
