Needs updating nvery unfriendly owner/manager entered our room 2 times before checking out felt rushed when we had 2hrsvtill checkout!most of working staff friendly ,a rooms & property in bad shape pungent smell thru rooms & hallways ,was there 6 night never seen security at anytime,very scetchy people around store and parkinglots,unfortunately the property should be shut down & reconditioned alittle paint and updated furniture would help alot !& security at night.3 buildings with multipal floors and only one working icemachine for hole property was told by manager/owner to not take very much ice ! The machine could not even fill up ice container from room & discusting dirty Beware managment didnt seem to care,to bad property could be really nice with proper managment.

4 out of 10? not even 1 out of 10 -this was the grossest place I've ever stayed and paid for - i was unwilling to sit in whatever was still on the chairs and sofa that stained them, and the bugs in the tub and bathroom were the cherry on the sundae. If I hadn't arrived so late (12:30pm) already I would've left upon check-in and should've left the next day but only had a few hours there and the hassle of relocating sadly wasn't something I had any time to do because it was a work trip.

To start it off the elevator is out of service service. the front desk said.. the room not so great and it don’t help that my truck got broken into. They need better gates around there and the city won’t allow them to do that they said. And they got dummy cameras instead of real cameras !!!!!!!!!!!!!

There appeared to be a homeless encampment in the parking lot; the smell of marijuana was prevalent. Pool was empty and non-functioning. We were on the second floor and elevator was out-of-service. There was liquid on the bedroom floor. Children were screaming in the rooms down the hall. We felt it was unsafe and unsanitary. So, we left.

Elevator broken. TV was broken. Wi-Fi is protected and didn't even give us way to figure out password for it. Room had roaches crawling all over it. Inadequate places to even plug in stuff. Very dirty. Would not stay again.

This property is very outdated. There were pigeons living in the icemaker, there was mold around my tub, there were broken down vehicles parked in the parking lot, there wasn't any daily breakfast as advertised on their website, should I go on... The current owner of this property needs to sell it off.

It was a bit of a sketchy property. But we didn’t have any problems. The front desk guy was great. But the room was dirty. We had to inspect the linens before we deemed them “clean” enough to sleep on. The towel in the shower were fine. I moved a night stand slightly to plug in my charger. Filthy! We made due. But man they need to do waaaay better

Thought this would be a good quick stay in Fresno, but was sadly disappointed! When I asked for a first floor room (because we have multiple kids/disabilities) I was told they are all booked and the elevator had been “broken” for quite some time. While it has the space and possibility of being a nice hotel the only thing going for it was beds and hot water. It wasn’t clean or well taken care of. It got the job done but we wouldn’t stay again :/

9/28/2024, I used to stay in this hotel for over 6 years, but this time is the worst. The room towel are not clean, the toilet look so dirty, the window cannot close, the AC is up and Down. I highly recommend the owner or manager shall do a thorough maintenance to all room prior to rent to people. If nothing happens improve, this time is my last stay in this hotel, plus I will announce to my community at large as well.

Security and cleanliness concerns: (1) Front desk seemed unconcerned when we informed them an outer security gate was non-functional and unsecure; and Male driver tried to enter as we exited the gated premises. We reported that when we blocked him, he angrily moved his red sedan and parked in a nearby lot. (2) Small roaches by fridge and microwave (3) Some tortilla chip scraps inside microwave (4) Few pieces broken glass and sunflower seed shells on bathroom floor. Sunflower shells also near microwave. **GOOD: Clean bed and fresh towels.

Yasmine was rude and the air conditioner didn't work. Then the second room I moved to didn't having a working refrigerator or a working television. Staff acted as if I shouldn't complain and while I'm the long 2 other positions were asking to switch rooms as well

The hotel had a nasty smell the shower curtains were moldy vehicles were tamper with my vehicle lug nuts were loosen, bathtub water was not going down it retained water everything was outdated. Very bad experience. Never going back

There was nothing I liked about the property. The first room I was given smelled like smoke. I was given a second room, I should have just left, but i needed the room as I traveled far, so I chose to stay. There was evidence that the room had not been cleaned, the towels were extreamly worn, at night there were roaches coming out of the drains. There is a door that is supposed to be locked and that stayed open even after hours. It's my own fault for staying, i will never stay at this hotel again.

The facility is very old and the surrounding area of the building is not well maintained. Other occupants near the room where we stayed were very noisy and by the smells they were smoking weed

There is no pool, no continental breakfast like it lists on Expedia, but customer service was great! A lot of paper signage on door and glass and no confidence from employee because the building needs to be updated. There is so much potential in this location and hotel. Would love to see it be renovated and gated.

This place looks like a hunted hotel. No phone in the room. The building is surrounded with dead plants, broken window screens, overflowing garbage bin and extra garbages on the ground. There’s a lot of electrical noise going on. Darkened white rough towels, rusty and pealing shower tub. It needs a major renovation.

It was disgusting. Pool out of order. Non working refrigerator in room. Roaches everywhere. Place is a dump and should be banned. Bed uncomfortable. Towels were gross, had hair. No microwave in room. Do not stay here, especially with children - just do not!!

It was dirt and run down. I had to go to walmart to buy my own sheets because the stains and hairs in the bed sheets. Bathtub was rusted and dirty so bought a bath mat. Sinks had burn marks. Not recommend if you can choose anywhere else but here.

This property is NOT SAFE. Meaning, you could be mugged or worse. I checked out immediately to find a safer hotel to stay at. The front desk staff were very nice. If you want a pool, there is not one. If you need an elevator, there is none (it is not running). The room itself was just fine for this price. Again, the issue is that it is NOT a safe place to be.

It was awful. Front desk lady was not nice or welcoming. I also asked for more towels and she said what’s in the room is what we have. We don’t have extra towels. The property is disgusting the rooms are just as bad. No screen on our winder and a 5 year old and elevator was out. Hallways smelled like smoke and god knows what. I saw not one staff that night or next morning and the room was nasty lights didn’t work. If I wasn’t too scared I would have left but I had my two kids with me. Don’t stay there !

Do not stay here. Dirty, roaches, ugly, old, no pool even in summer, took 6 hours to get AC, and elevators did not work! Run!! Expedia should not be allowing anyone to stay here. I am just as mad at Expedia for promoting this hotel. If you have a reservation for this hotel CANCEL NOW!!!

Cockroaches in the rooms. Wanted to check out on the same day we checked in and receptionist at the front said she was still in training and didn’t know how to do it. Unprofessional, unsafe, unreliable.
