The friendliness and attentiveness of service went far beyond the necessary. The staff couldn't do enough to help, at every point.

Every thing was very clean comfy bed only one thing at breakfast plates for cooked breakfast could do with been warm as cold plates means food goes cold very quickly .

One night stay with dinner and breakfast. Triple room for 3 adults was a bit snug. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. Some of the plugs didn't work in the room. Comfy bed and pillows though. Very small bathroom but functional and clean.
Breakfast was great and a good selection of healthy and the not so healthy.
Dinner was rushed even after we asked them to slow down. One staff member when they were pushing us along at 10.20pm for last bar orders was so that the staff can get off. This does not make guest feel welcome unfortunately. Coffee machine not working for those that want a coffee after dinner. Easy to find, lots of parking and quiet.

Beeakfast was great with good section, and moat importantly, all cutlery and glasses were clean. 6 year old son said 'best breakfast ever.'
Bathroom smelt a bit and bathroom door didnt shut fully, but not enough to put me off. If I stay in the area I will definitely try to stay at this hotel first.

1st time away with a dog and we worried the room might be inferior but this wasnt the case. Staff were exceptionally friendly and gave a high level of service. Seemed to have a good level of staff also, nothing was too much bother. Food was excellent so ate in both nights. Great choice and freshly prepared. If i was to mention anything less than perfect it would be the size of the bathroom, it was a little on the small side

I enquired about a room here through Expedia, had no confirmation or information on the app so I presumed that it had not been confirmed. Last week, the funds were taken out of my account. I have tried to call and email Expedia with no reply!!!!!!!!!

One the first night we arrived at around 3am we were woken by noise and a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room from the ventilation system. There were no signs in the room we had so I assume it was the same in the other rooms.
Main evening restaurant was overpriced for what we had and the portions were very small, would not eat there again for that reason.

I did mention that the fridge in my room must be faulty as it froze my bottle of water. I was concerned that a guest may put medications in it and this would cause a problem. Although the receptionist said someone would look at it, it was still the same the next day. Also the fridge was quite noisy. Other than that the staff were very friendly and obliging.
