Good

It was clean and spacious. Quick drive to many choices. Our cable connection stopped working late at night. We couldn't fix it on our own, but didn't bother asking for help. We were in bed for the night

Nice clean and modern for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good too. Noticed they even had room service. Would stay again!

Very pleasant stay and convenient for why we were in Bloomington. Nice staff and good breakfast. Easy parking and lots of options for food.

Shower did not work. Elevator door shut unexpectedly and nearly injured my wife. No trash can in the room.

Very quiet and great staff. Hit the property is in need of repairs and “sprucing up” a tad. Looks old and run down in many areas.

It was very clean and close to many restaurants.

Room smelled of smoke. Musty bathroom with a super low toilet.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room could use an update. Beds comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was decent. Overall happy with stay and would book again if in the area.

Very nice and clean hotel

Check in was GREAT. Room was not great. Mildew/mold smell was overpowering. Loud, pillows were awful and lumpy. Bed was OK. Toilet barely flushed, parking lot had trash blowing all around. Would have found another hotel if we were not so dog tired.

Place was clean. Didnt like the room curtains didnt close, no microwave in room and barley room to walk around in room. Also the ice machine was down but would have been nice if they put a sign on it to direct you to nearest working one.

Only one elevator worked, and the other one was very slow and seemed to need some maintenance too. The cleaning ppl cleaned rooms but garbage that a customer left in the hallway wasn't picked up by staff.

When I tell you clean!!!!!!! My room was clean. First thing I do when I come into a hotel room is wipe things down. No dirt! Or stains or anything. Only small issues was the elevator stopped working and I sign was put up. I walked all around trying to find the stairs. Come to find out it was only one elevator not both. Staff was super nice always smiled and the breakfast was great! I will definitely be staying her again next year when I am in town for business. I would truly give this 10 stars if I could l!!

My daughter and I checked in - the man at the front was very pleasant, but I did not get a good feeling about the property. We did go to our room. The hallways were dingy and the room was old, not up to date or clean. The pool was empty and something was at the bottom. We did not feel safe staying at the hotel. I immediately called Expedia and the lovely woman was about to get us a full refund for our stay.

Hotel was clean, safe, comfortable and updated. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us, including making breakfast available an hour early because we were leaving early.

BW Plus should be renamed BW Minus. What an overpriced joke. When you pull up, the hotel looks good. The exterior is maintained and it's a more modern feel than other hotels. The lobby is decent and the staff were all friendly and check-in was fast. I used the free EV charger, so that's a posiitive. (There are 2). At night, the elevator (there are a total of 2) was very slow, even to the 2nd floor. The room is underwhelming. While it's newly redecorated, but it's got a good amount of wear and tear. The LVP in the bathroom is worn, chipped and pitted and stained. The toilet is RV sized, it would be good in an elementary school, but not sized for adults. The corner sink is small, but usable. The shower is fine, decent water pressure. We had 1 washcloth, 1 floor towel and 3 towels. Odd. Breakfast, for a $320 a night rate, was less than expected. There was only a coffee 'machine', no coffee dispensers when you don't want to wait for the machine. The machine only makes espressor or coffee, so why have it? There is 1 waffle machine, they need 3. There was biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, watery eggs and weird bacon. The pastries (the ones kept in the clear case) were pretty lousy, not much to pick from. After breakfast, I was treated to both elevators being out of order. This was college graduation weekend, so there were only about 500 people trying to check out and had to lug their stuff down the stairs. Ridiculous. Oh, and I walked the entire first floor and there are no stairwells

The toilet barely flushed, water power in shower was weak, very little room to walk between bed and desk. The ac was noisy. Wouldn't ever go back.

Although it was overall very clean, I noticed that areas could use improvement. ie baseboards, switches, doors.

The staff at Best Western Bloomington were super helpful, kind, and accomodating. Facilities were clean and well-maintained. My daughter and I felt safe and at home during our 4 day stay onsite.

There were many positive aspects of this hotel. The rooms and common areas have been recently remodeled, and are clean. The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. They offer a standard hot/cold hotel breakfast. The only negative is the cramped room. The desk is too close to the bed, making it impossible to pass through, if someone is sitting at the desk. I would stay there again.

The hotel was clean and recently updated. Good convenient location. Staff was friendly. Easy parking and fast elevators. Beds were a bit firm for our liking. We would definitely stay again

Nice motel with 2 free EV chargers!

I would love to give a perfect review, but unfortunately, I can't. The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. He was really sweet and very attentive. On the departure the woman behind the desk was so rude. My husband wanted to check out and get a receipt, and the woman behind the desk was on her phone and rolled her eyes when my husband was standing at the front desk. My husband said we were checking out, and she said sarcastically, "OK," and continued talking on her phone, clearly not talking to a customer. When my husband stood there waiting she said, "Yes?" My husband said, "I would like a receipt". She then told the person on the other line," Hold On." I gave my husband a receipt without a "Was everything ok with your stay? or Thank you for staying with us." Absolutely no comment from her. This is such poor business etiquette. Unfortunately, we take this into strong consideration when we return to a hotel. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was decent. The rooms were a little small, but because we were there just to sleep, it didn't matter. We would stay there more because both our sons go to ISU, and we visit from time to time. But because of this young lady's attitude and our disturbing her personal phone call during her work time, we will not be returning again.

I liked everything wish the room had a microwave

The staff was wonderful. Dedicated, in fact. We could hear the traffic from the main road all night. No one slept well. The rooms are very small. However, we appreciated the soft bed and warm breakfast. The price was also appreciated especially compared to other locations! Overall, i would stay again. Thanks 😊
