It was good. The only issue is that we had 1 bathroom for 5 people. But we made it work. Out of all the hotels in the area it’s the best for space and distance to the park.

Room was spacious, bed were comfy walking distance to Disneyland park and restaurants However be prepared to pay for parking on the property.

Loved our stay! So close to Disney and your front desk and valet staff were all lovely. The only rec we have for improving are more table space and another chair or two in the family suite and towel racks/hooks for wet towels. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was excellent.

We stayed in the family suite for 2 nights. Overall it was good experience. The room was very spacious and the extra seating area was nice so we never felt crowded. Light room service is offered but they didn’t come in to our room while we were out for the entire day. When we called for fresh towels we had to go down to get them because they were taking too long to bring them up. That was the only problem really but I would stay again otherwise.

This hotel was very nice. Our family suite made staying with two teenagers much more comfortable since they had their own room with their own separate beds. It was very clean, had a microwave, mini fridge, TONS of counter space, and a little living area. The staff were all very friendly, and the best part is it's less than a 10 minute walk from the Disneyland entrance. My only complaints are: 1. Parking is valet only and it is $22/day. 2. They offer early check-in but you need to call the night before or morning of to make sure they have a room available to do so. 3. I know that early check-in usually comes with an additional fee, but depending on how early you want to check-in, the costs are different and they are pretty significant. Checking in before 11am is $75 extra, and there was a later time for early check in that had a smaller charge of $50 extra. Which makes no sense..early check-in is early check-in and should have a flat fee, and those charges are too high. Despite those things, I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay here. Nothing beats being able to walk straight out the entrance of DL to your hotel. Will stay again.

5 min walk to Disneyland parks, A/C unit was to loud and water was slow to drain

The best thing about this property is the location. Hotel needs to be updated. A one night stay only gets parking until 1 pm. It is cheaper to park in a Disney lot.

Close enough to walk to Disneyland friendly staff had room ready when we arrived clean quiet rooms.

The location can’t be beat. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to security to get into Downtown Disney and the two parks. There’s parking, a pool and the rooms were nice and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Well you know you’d only stay here to go to Disneyland. We did for 4 days. The best thing was they offered the scooter rental service (separate company) and as the one who just had an emergency surgery the week before, I was more than happy to rent/used it during our stay. That saved my family trip with the family! I was able to spend some quality time with them in the park and go back and rest as needed! The facility showed its age but it was good and we had what we needed like a small fridge. Next time thought I wouldn’t stay so close to the elevator as we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time since people were walking right in front of our windows. But overall, the rooms were big and we had a plenty of spaces and can’t beat the location/approximate to the park without paying Disneyland resort price!

Great stay!

The room was very nice. The staff very friendly. I felt very safe staying there and the place was very quiet. Awesome view of the fireworks at Disney. A 15 minute walk to the park entrance and 20 minutes to downtown Disney. I would stay again. 10 out of 10.

With the price you’re paying for the proximity to Disneyland and the space to be with family. Valet service staff was also super friendly during our stay. Housekeeping services (or lack of) left something to be desired hence the 3 stars.

Great place right across the street from Disneyland… never had a problem staff is very friendly!

Very close to Disney. Was an easy walk for us there and back. Close to IHOP for breakfast too. There was confusion after check in and was charged more than anticipated and was given a different room than I had reserved. Got locked out of our room one evening due to keypad malfunction. Rooms were clean and most staff was nice

Had a great stay. Much better than the Tropicana next door. The room and bathroom was clean and the closeness to Disneyland is great. Close enough to come back for midday breaks. Our room was right across from the pool and ice machine so my only complaint is how noisy it was.

Short walk to the main gates of Disney. Less than 10 minutes to security. Hotel does have one elevator. Onsite electric wheelchair rentals and a small store with lots of Disney items.

Love this place. It was clean and our family suite was very roomy. Very close to disneyland only 5 minute walk. Will definitely come back here!

The room was fantastic. I appreciated the valet parking. The pool and hot tub were wonderful.
