The hotel is for homeless families. I was visiting in Delaware very disappointed. I glad it was for 2 nights. Roaches and air conditioner had a smell coming out of vent.

overall stay was good

We had only one issue during our stay…but was taken care of immediately after I called the front desk and then they called back to see if I had any other issues and if everything was okay now . Staff was very helpful needed extra towels, very quick to respond!! The only problem was which didn’t interfere with our stay and wasn’t really a problem but they had several people living there so it seemed but it didn’t affect us in any way . Just something we observed will be staying there again in the near future

The hotel smelled like stale cigarettes. The room keys stopped working several times during our 2 night stay. The room had dead bugs by the ac. The floors had a slippery coating on them. The breakfasts were okay just the same everyday. The staff at the front desk and the woman who cleaned the rooms were so polite and helpful.

Very clean room, nice place

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but run down. Pillows were small. Breakfast hours too short. Expensive, probably due to race weekend.

It would be easier to say what didn’t go wrong. As soon as we walked into the main lobby it smelled horrendously of cigarette smoke with nobody smoking nearby at the moment. There was also a styrofoam bowl of half eaten dry cereal on a lobby chair. The two FDA’s were decent but we initially had an issue with our room key not working, (our room was on the complete other side of the building) and they fixed that. We get into our room and it is a complete disaster. Both queen beds unmade, lights on, bathroom door is open, light and fan were on. Almost as if someone rolled out of bed and left. After a 3 hour drive down and being in the sun for 16 hours we did not feel like it was going to be a clean stay and opted to go home because it was such a terrible welcome. They offered to get us a new room but declined and drove the three hours back home and were not charged. Although polite, NO ONE was remorseful about this, not even the two FDA’s but more importantly the manager who i had to deal with the next morning to get the refund straightened out. He talked to me as if everything was our fault and it was a big inconvenience on his end, and did as little as possible with saying “yeah sorry about that” word for word on regards to the issue. So it seems that this has happened in the past, and will continue to happen. Never, have I dealt with such a poorly run hotel and miserable manager. We will never think of coming back. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you can.

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. We did not have hot water for three days. Wednesday morning when I got up to shower and prepare for my dialysis treatment there was no water. The water had been completely shut off which is not good for keeping the access area clean. Upon returning we were told the hot water heater was being repaired and would be on in the early evening. That did not Upon our return later that night. Needless to say that did not happen. I will never stay there again and don't recommend others to stay. The hotel needs a complete renovation and a owner who cares about the condition people are staying in and not just money.

The room was dirty. There was urine all over the toilet and the tub and toilet were not clean. The front desk person was talking and yelling at himself

Easy in and out as far as our stay

We got in last night at 1am, after calling around 10:30pm to tell them we were going to be late. No answer, rolled over to main best western number. Told them and they were going to pass on message. Got there at 1am, no one at front desk. Waited about 5-10 min, called hotel number again, rolled over again. So pissed and cranky and tired by now. Was contemplating finding another hotel but by then, at 1:30am, lady stroll on in. She had “stepped away”, really, for a 24 hour desk. Was tired so figure I’d deal with it in the morning. Got to room, not cleaned too well but bed was ok. Room smelled smoky when I reserved non smoking. It’s 2am now and I just crashed. Now to deal with these issues in the morning. Not a great experience by a looooong shot. Sorry for the long story 😜

I was so disappointed. I had to sleep on top of towels and use a shirt as a blanket because there was hair on top of the sheets and the sheets were all stained. The shower was disgusting. Will never be back

It’s what you would expect for a cheap rate. One of the bottom Best westerns we have stayed in. Smelt like smoke everywhere and the cleaning staff were extremely loud in the mornings, yelling and listening to music up and down the hallways.

Entering the lobby gave a strong smell of weed, along with the stairwells. At the pool, two women were opening smoking their weed and it smelled terrible. The room itself was okay for the purpose of needing a place to stay for a lacrosse tournament. The breakfast was decent and the shower had good water pressure. The price was right, but wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

The front desk staff was very nice. The room (and the whole hotel) smelled bad. The floors were not clean, though the sheets seemed to be, thank goodness. My daughter wiped every surface with clorox wipes but refused to leave her clothes in the room because of the smell. You definetly get what you pay for.

Great place to stay if you want to get high from people I. The halls and smell urine in the carpets. I had to block the bottom of the door so my kids wouldn’t smell the pot in the halls at night. One of the lights didn’t work in our room and depending what door you exited the carpet smelled like someone urinated on it and never cleaned it.

I really don't have anything to say. I'll leave it at that
