You can't get any closer to the Disneyland front gates, only a 6 minute walk! Clean, friendly, and comfortable on top of all that!

This is our go-to hotel, we like the location.

We had a great stay! It is located walking distance from the Disney parks, which was a huge bonus.
My only complaint was that the bed was slightly uncomfortable. Other than that it was fine for me and my kids.

Amazing proximity to Disneyland. Its a 5 minute walk to the Disney gate. Comfortable beds. My only complaint is that the bathroom sink (which is on the exterior of the bathroom) would make a loud gurgling sound whenever somone in an adjacent room took a shower. It was hard to sleep sometimes due to this.

Super close and very friendly, accommodating staff. Beds were comfy and water was hot. Rooms were a little grimy but everything else was excellent

A great place to stay if you’re going to Disneyland. Literally right across the street. Book early, they sell out fast. The Cove is perfect too for drinks and snacks.

Positives: close to Disney and helpful staff
Negatives: our room smelled terrible- super musty. Rooms are tiny and cramped and everything in ours was a little banged up. No lotion or makeup wipes, make sure to bring! Surfaces were clean but carpet looked gross. We were not aware of the 25$ night parking fee, that needs to be clear in advance. Overall, I expected a lot better for $300 / night rate weeknight in October.

Always a great place to stay when visiting Disneyland. Not fancy but clean comfortable rooms and very close to the parks making it an easy walk. The service has always been great. Will definitely stay there again.

This was my second stay at the Tropicana. I’m sure that won’t be my last either. Yes it is an older motel style hotel but everything in my room was clean. I don’t have problems with noise from other guests either. I slept great and the staff was friendly upon checkin and check out. They even allowed us to check out an hour later. The distance to the park is closer than the Disneyland hotel. Just at the crosswalk to the front ticket booths.

We checked in on time and the valet said to park in open spots before the pool. We found one but the next day there was a slip in our truck saying if we didn’t move it, they would tow it. Had we not needed something out of the truck, we never would have saw the notice. I don’t know why they didn’t call us, they had our number. They need to figure out the parking situation.

Everything you need in a hotel for a trip where you spend nearly every minute of the day not in the hotel. Rooms are clean TV safe, coffee maker, etc. Hot tub and swimming pool Are great. There’s a little store on property that has pretty much everything you need. If not, there’s a store on the property next-door that has a few other things. Walking distance from several food options staff is very friendly helpful and we stay here often.
