The staff were friendly and made a easy check in. The whole property had many overpowering air fresheners all around and the room was just nasty. Not like it wasnt cleaned, the building just needs leveled and re done. The lobby is really nice but thats the cleanest part. The whole 2 nights there was loud kids slamming my wall and there was a fire alarm going off in early morning. There were multiple cars out back by my room blasting music late into the night. When I arrived the floor to my room was soaked like it was just swamped with a very dirty mop. When it dried there were mud crumbs everywhere. The AC was blowing toxic dusty air and anytime a cigarette was lit outside it pumped my room full of the smell. The area really isn't that bad, but this hotel attracts the worst crowds. I will recommend folks to NOT stay here in the future. Sorry, but I just have notbing postive to say besides the staff being nice.

I had to switch rooms three times. It was not like the advertisement at all!

It was good but they advertised in the pictures of our room that it’ll have a mini fridge and we got 3 rooms none of them had fridges that was a downside of it.

Was looking forward to breakfast... boy was I mistaken. My daughter and I got there a little after 8am and there was nothing left but juice. It was trashed and no one botheted to attend to it. Would have also appreciated more than 1 USB port on the room.

No refrigerator no closet the tv didn't show a clear picture and they had roaches. I'll never come back to this location again.

The overall appearance of the hotel was dirty. There was no refrigerator in the room that was requested the day before the TV remote did not work the cleanest place in the hotel was the lobby. The air in the room was the best thing going. Water spots in the bathroom hair dryer was filthy. Patches on the wall that should have been painted, outlets hanging out the wall. I will not be returning ever. The outside doors were propped open all hours of the night. People were just hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night. Did not feel safe or secure. To grab and go breakfast was ridiculous. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. I wish I would have taken some pictures to upload.

Found a big fake nail in our “clean”room. I was worried our car was going to get broken in to. Saw what looked like a Meth addict hanging out by door. Very unsavory if I could have found another place would have moved. Wouldn’t let my kids use the shower it was nasty

. Wish there was more Breakfast options for what we paid for. Overall the room was clean. The area was not the safest.

Room was dirty and was refused a new room

We had the most pleasant time over the weekend staying there during our Kings Island adventure! we will most definitely be rebooking.

All filters and vents were filthy, mold on shower curtain, stained linens, dirt and food on floor of room. When I told the gentleman at the front desk, was just told he will look at it, no resolution or attempt to make it better.

NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL!! Staff was very rude!! Room we were put in had a major leak in the ceiling so we were switched to another room. This room also had a leak in the ceiling above the shower. Our original room was supposed to be a king room but we were switched to a double queen room because no king rooms were available. However, when the ceiling started leaking, a king room magically cancelled. The floor in the king room was extremely sticky as was the side table closest to the bathroom. The light in the bathroom would not stay on. The bedding had yellow stains on the sheet and bedspread. Neither of the rooms had carpet so not sure why we were told at check-in that no pet friendly rooms were available. We were told only “corner” rooms were pet friendly. Overall I would recommend staying FAR away from this hotel!

So website was totally off, rooms were ok once inside, out side could use a little work. Need sound proof doors, the neibors were very loud, no iron in room, continental breakfast was a bag of cereal, with no bowl, my husband drinks coffee so he said it was ok, but had to go out for breakfast, 1 night stay so we will live but be cautious.

the room that was reserved was given away even tho paid for ahead of check in. we got smaller beds. poor customer service

It was horrible so nasty

This room was not clean. I had to request new sheets because there was a big stain on them. I don't think they wash the blankets or put new blankets on in between guests. They did come change the sheets but seemed very annoyed to do so. There was no apology given. Also, the bathroom countertop had not been cleaned. There was beard hair all around the faucet. The faucet iyself was not cleaned either.

There’s a reason this place was non-refundable. Big stain of who-knows-what on the headboard. Stains and cigarette-burn holes in the bed covers and sheets. Mold on the bathroom ceiling in the shower and the handle on the shower fell off. It was definitely a get-what-you-pay-for kind of place. Also, was supposed to have breakfast. There was nothing out when we went to the lobby in the morning and no staff anywhere to be seen.

The room was just renovated and you can tell. There was no closet with extra blankets. The a/c & heater unit was sooooo loud when you turned it on. So we were unable to use it to take the chill off in the room. Also the bathroom sink took so long to drain. Also the toilet looked liked it wasnt cleaned. The bath tub was slippery when you stepped into it. Also it was a non smoking room but the hallway and room smelled of smoke. There was also suppose to be free breakfast but when we went down there there was just coffee/juice. Front desk clerk said he could give us yogurt or fruit. The only thing we liked was that the beds were firm but comfortable, the flooring was better then nasty carpet. Would we stay here again probably not. But then again what do you expect for a hotel price of $75 but after taxes it cost $94.

It smelled bad, dirty, definitely a motel, not a hotel

Our room wasn't well cleaned and had nearly no amenities like soap, shampoo, etc. We asked for an extra towel on as soon as we got there since we only got two bath towels; never received. Continental Breakfast? NOPE. TBH; didn't care. Had no plans to eat there anyway but the coffee provided was barely above room temperature.

No working telephone in room. No safety mat in bath tub. No coat hangers for clothes. Nite stand drawer handle was not attached. Lite on nite stand wasn't connected to the light.(dangling).Nice king size bed. But with two tiny kiddy pillows. Duct tape on the bathroom walls.Around the tub.(not sure why).

No breakfast. Says there's breakfast on their website.

I had a great stay here! No issues at all. The staff were friendly. Was just disappointed about the breakfast it was grab and go
