Best to stay in rooms with city or port view. We stayed an extra night in standard mountain facing rooms. These are smaller and the beds had holes that sinked in due to broken mattress springs! The spa facilities were great!

Nice hotel, nice view. Basic service and way too over heated. It is only 3 degrees outside and they heat it like it was - 25. We kept turning the heating off and housekeeping would crank it back up, despite us asking that they don’t. We had a family room for 4 and room got so hot that my son got sick…

The hotel is just completing a total refurbishment and everywhere was clean and fresh and tastefully decorated. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially reception staff, who booked us a trip to the National Park that exactly met our preferences. The restaurant was excellent - we enjoyed the high quality food and the wines that were recommended were superb. The hotel is out of the town which makes it very quiet and it has stunning views over Ushuaia and towards Chile. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed with wife and 2 kids. Spacious room with king + 2 single beds. Trekking trail behind the hotel is great and optimal for the whole family. We also enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool. Restaurant is very good as well as the breakfast buffet and location + views are really great.

The size and conditions of the room were very good. Staff is very kind. Food is great. There is a shuttle service to/from downtown that is very good and on time. I fully recomend it. When I come cack to Ushuaia I will definetely consider staying there again.

Great choice to go with children, great view, service was great at restaurant and reception. Hotel has play room for kids and kids activities. Whatever wasn't working well they were very fast to repair and fix. Restaurant was also really good, didn't have to go out for dinner, I stayed 7 nights there.

I was 5 days, the hotel has a great view over the bay and the islands of Chile. It is in the middle of the forest, where you can start your trekking.Has a very fun class of archery!!! Very nice teachers.

The hotel is far from the city, but it has shuttle (6 times a day), to and from the city center.

The hotel needs to increase their shuttle service, particularly at the end of the night. We arrived for the final shuttle of the night 15 minutes early, and were turned away because it was full, thus having to take an unplanned taxi on our last night with little cash left on hand.

The hotel was nice overall, but I would not classify it as 5-star. Then again we paid less than 150 USD, so that is OK.
It is up in am mountain, with a good view of Ushuaia bay.
Big room, good bed, good spa and pool, excellent breakfast.
Service was patchy (had to ask them 3 times to make the safe work) there was no tea/coffee in the room, and unlike stated in hotels.com, no airport-hotel shuttle. Taxi ride cost about 120 pesos to the airport. They do have a shuttle into town, 4-5 times a day.

Very frustrating dealing with this hotel. Had to reschedule and they wouldn't work with me at all, simply because I was 3 hours past their cancellation deadline. This cost us a substantial amount of money. Simply about the bottom dollar. The people don't seem to mean much to them.

The location is awesome unfortunately the condition of the hotel is in disrepair and the reception staff was unwelcoming and seemed to be unhappy to be there. We had three problems on three different occasions at the restaurant. However the wait staff is very friendly so there must be a problem with communication between the kitchen and the wait staff. The room seemed to have not been painted in a while. And the shower curtain was not of the modern kind with a curved bar to stop the shower curtains from sticking to your body. The Gym was not available and not alternative was offered.
