Was not bad considering my main goal was just a safe place to stay. Good service at the front desk. My gym, bank & preferred supermarket were close by. Negatives: my room (110) was in a section subject to loud freeway traffic. Bathtub could use a better scrubbing. Bathroom sink handle came off, alerted front desk at check out. No Kleenex. I’ve stayed at worse & better.

The beds are old. I had a shelf in my mattress! Two small bugs killed in the bathroom. Then the construction started. The banging and drilling in the room behind us was awful! I had to call front desk twice to have them stop. I will not ever be back to this hotel again, and to think I recommended this to a friend coming out this way! Ughh! I love going to this chain of hotels, but this one takes the cake for ick!

Terrible place, bathroom door had been kicked in and broken. Multiple persons loitering around parked cars and behind trashbin enclusures. We declined to stay, leaving us to find other last minute accomodations at greater cost. This place is not maintained, front desk was not coopertive "no one else has complained😂) never again!

I stayed at la Quinta before other properties . I wasn’t expecting what I walked into . Roaches everywhere. Big ones and small ones around bed . No toilet paper .. non smoking room stunk like cigarette. Filthy place . Complementary breakfast was a joke . Nasty coffee with cheap muffins . Other La Quinta, I’ve stayed at usually had waffles eggs milk cereal. Pool looked like it had a rat in it . Given the area I wasn’t expecting it to be worse than a motel 6 .

When I first got in the room noticed water coming up from between the floorboards. Dried with towel but each time i stepped on the floor by the AC water came up. After coming back for the evening went and reported to front desk. That were fully booked so I had no other option but to stay in that room. The person did give me towels to put over the area. When I woke up the whole floor by the AC unit and under the chair was flooded. Should be some kind of compensation or refund for this.

We were given two double bed instead of King Bed . Would of said something but we were tired from our drive so made it work

Do NOT stay in a room on the freeway side. The traffic sounds are SO loud!! We could t sleep all night!

I was given a room that was not cleaned before hand and had not latch for the door No sign to put out to tell room service not to join Smells like cigar smoke Cockroaches all over

Facility was not clean. The first room we were given was obviously dirty still so we had to ask for a room change. The second room was slightly better. The phone in the first room did not work, and the second room had no phone at all. It was difficult reaching the front office as they wouldn’t answer the phone when I called from my cell.

Upon arrival we checked our sheets and there were spots on it. I called the front desk to request new sheets & I went to pick it up. When I walked back to my room, the sheets did not fit the king size bed we had. We ended up laying one of the blankets down on top because it was late in the night and didnt want to go back. The bathroom floor was dirty & there were sightings of live bugs in the bathroom every morning (either on the floor, in the tub, or on the sink). The price was cheap, but definitely would not stay again.

The places was dirty! There were flies in the room. We ended up leaving after 5 minutes, and we could even get a refund. Worst hotel I have ever seen.

Excrement on sheets. Staff was awesome but needed us to clean it up ourselves. Exchanging soiled bedding was exhausting the laundry attendant was difficult replacement bedding also dirty. The shower leaked, electrical outlets non functioning and microwave/fridge on the fritz. Charged for disabled accessible room.

This property is not for tourists. The property is host to long term transient tenants. It is more on the seedier side.

I should've left when I saw it was right IN the freeway next to a Hooters (later some drunk guys were yelling loudly and urinating in the parking lot). My second chance was when I saw how run-down the property is. My third chance was when I saw the funky room and loud A/C. By the time I heard the LOUD giant dog barking next door, the best I could do is change rooms. And I couldn't use the Wi-Fi because my phone said it wasn't secure. Free "breakfast" was a joke. At least TV had a lot of channels and clear picture.

The room was not up to standard. No phone inside the room to call for service. Bath dirty & water don’t drain . Cigarette burn everywhere. Blanket dirty. Door was hard to shut. Towels very small outlets did not work. Lights burned . I would not recommend this to anyone. Motel 6 would have been a lot better this place did not look like la quita. It’s run down.

If I could give zero stars I would. We’ve stayed at La Quinta properties before and had a great experience. This property gave extended stay vibes. It was run down, tye rooms felt dirty, the floor was sticky, there was a short in the lamp, the vinyl flooring was torn, the doors stained, lampshades stained. You could hear everything going on around outside including traffic and people talking louding oytside your window at 2 or 3 in the morning. The towels were a joke as they were tue smallest scratchiest bath towels i’ve ever seen. Needless to say we were highly disappointed such a different experience based on what ast stay at other people La Quintas. Will never stay again.

Staff will do their best to make up for the crappy parts of the hotel usually. No complaint on them. The hotel itself though? The bathrooms are rough with draining in some showers and toilets. The room itself is kind of clean (big on KIND OF). The floors no matter what room they switched us to had lots of random hair strands on the ground and in the beds (I was constantly pulling random hair from places and throwing it away). Staff was nice but the hotel itself is rough rough rough. Probably good for a night but nothing more. Glad we switched rooms too because the first microwave wreaked of old popcorn. Thing is though all the rooms have different stuff in them (different size microwaves, fridges, shower heads, etc) so it is hard to expect the rooms will all be "equal" in a way. The breakfast? yeah forget about that its just a lady putting out literally a set of raisin cakes (NOTHING ELSE not even oatmeal packets haha) and the apple juice machine is full of gnats (I only took hot water from the coffee machine to go make my own instant coffee).

The rooms are very run down. Baseboards and doors are damaged; black discoloration in bathtub grout (could have been dirty or maybe mold); will not stay here again.

Bed sheets have stain. Bathtub needs to be replaced

Please put a tea pot and caffee machine in the room

The rooms were very quiet for being so close to the freeway. On the down side... the rooms were very old, mold in the shower, just not very clean.
