The front desk took a long time to decide where to put me i had booked a king room and was offered two doubles, then finally got a king. I had to work from the room the next morning and in a connecting room they were using a what sounded like a floor sander for many hours. I asked the front desk about it and was told I could leave. The next day I had meetings at lunch time before I left they were using a jack hammer and the noise was insanely loud. I figured it would be done by the time I got back a little after 4pm but no still going on and louder than the TV. Packed up and went to the front desk and was told no refund live with the noise. I drove 6 hours home. I was booked for three nights who runs a hotel like this? I called hotels.com who I booked it with and $40 credit in my account for future bookings..... Not happy with hotel or booking company

It was a decent place, but the toilet was old, and we had to fix it each time we flushed. At one point, water started to leak all over the bathroom floor. I would highly recommend updated outdated/improperly working toilet. There was hair on the bathroom floor upon arrival. Room seemed very beaten up and old, but I slept comfortably despite all that. Easy check in/check out. Friendly front desk staff.

I thought the location was livable and had things where clean. I wish I would have kept my reservation for a king bed istead of the 2 bead room because wide didnt like sleeping in separate beds.

The room needs upgrading. Furnitures are old, cockroach in the shower area, no tissue box, dusty counter tops and dressers, comforters have holes. An uncomfortable stay, We decided to leave late evening.

The shower squeaked when it ran, the light flickered and would not shut off, the fridge squeaked to loud at night it woke me up. But the person in the lobby was very nice

Was not bad considering my main goal was just a safe place to stay. Good service at the front desk. My gym, bank & preferred supermarket were close by. Negatives: my room (110) was in a section subject to loud freeway traffic. Bathtub could use a better scrubbing. Bathroom sink handle came off, alerted front desk at check out. No Kleenex.

Terrible place, bathroom door had been kicked in and broken. Multiple persons loitering around parked cars and behind trashbin enclusures. We declined to stay, leaving us to find other last minute accomodations at greater cost. This place is not maintained, front desk was not coopertive "no one else has complained😂) never again!

I stayed at la Quinta before other properties . I wasn’t expecting what I walked into . Roaches everywhere. Big ones and small ones around bed . No toilet paper .. non smoking room stunk like cigarette. Filthy place . Complementary breakfast was a joke . Nasty coffee with cheap muffins . Other La Quinta, I’ve stayed at usually had waffles eggs milk cereal. Pool looked like it had a rat in it . Given the area I wasn’t expecting it to be worse than a motel 6 .

When I first got in the room noticed water coming up from between the floorboards. Dried with towel but each time i stepped on the floor by the AC water came up. After coming back for the evening went and reported to front desk. That were fully booked so I had no other option but to stay in that room. The person did give me towels to put over the area. When I woke up the whole floor by the AC unit and under the chair was flooded. Should be some kind of compensation or refund for this.

Upon arrival we checked our sheets and there were spots on it. I called the front desk to request new sheets & I went to pick it up. When I walked back to my room, the sheets did not fit the king size bed we had. We ended up laying one of the blankets down on top because it was late in the night and didnt want to go back. The bathroom floor was dirty & there were sightings of live bugs in the bathroom every morning (either on the floor, in the tub, or on the sink). The price was cheap, but definitely would not stay again.

Facility was not clean. The first room we were given was obviously dirty still so we had to ask for a room change. The second room was slightly better. The phone in the first room did not work, and the second room had no phone at all. It was difficult reaching the front office as they wouldn’t answer the phone when I called from my cell.
