We were moving and had to stay in the hotel for two nights. Everyone was amazing! We also had our dog with us, which is usually a little more difficult. This hotel is so dog friendly. It was amazing. Service was excellent. The adjoining restaurant had excellent food!

As soon as I got to the hotel the receptionist was super welcoming and gave me a delightful cookie. Then I went to the room to leave the luggage and noticed the extremely loud music from the next door room. As I left the room I got a text from the hotel asking me about the room and told him about the noise situation. A couple hours later I got back and since that my time was amazing with no problems at all. I’m super happy with all.

This hotel is a good place to stay especially if you want to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. There is a great arcade for kids of all ages too.

Unit was 401. A very large tv was a plus, but watching it from the bed was not pleasant. The pillows were too soft, there was no support. So, you kept on propping yourself up to watch tv. I believe the bed was too firm, also the base for the mattress was a little too big. The bathroom was nice, & clean. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The hamper in the bathroom for dirty towels was a pleasant surprise. No screen in the window. And the windows in the room and the central area needed to be cleaned. The eating area and the closet were adequate. The biggest con was the musty odor when you entered. This maybe do to something being spilt onto the chaise, because that piece of furniture smelled like BO. The ac unit said to use the wall thermostat, but the wall thermostat seemed not to work.
Overall, part of the room seemed to be updated (like the bathroom), but there was a lot of room for improvement. The lobby seemed to be updated, but the elevator cars were not. And the front desk staff were extremely nice, friendly, and accommodating.
My stay was okay, even with the cons.

We have stayed there for years for baseball camp . It seemed really dirty and for all the work that has been going on it’s still in bad shape .
The man at the front desk was short with me and never smiled . I hope they have it together by January. If it wasn’t for camp we would find somewhere else to stay

First room the ac did not work (did the staff not notice it was 86 degrees in the room while they got it prepared?) Second room the toilet was broken the water kept running non stop. Either way both rooms were clean but looked dated. We weren’t going to stick around for a third surprise. Now since we booked though a third party we are stuck in limbo between the doubletree hotel and Hotels.com trying to get my money back.

We had a great time staying at the double tree Hilton at Belle Tower, the breakfast buffet staff were really great, I know Leigh was one, and the girl originally from Butler PA were both very friendly, helpful and gave us great service.
We will definitely come back and stay again.

Some of the ice machines were out of service and there was construction work being done inside starting early morning. Nice facilities and amazing staff. Breakfast buffet is not included... It's a $15 per person charge.

The property overall was neat and clean. The room however had some issues. There were significant times of no hot water. The sink fawcett was loose. The bed mattress was horrible and the sheets were rough.

Property is very old. Checked in for two nights. After first night we discovered the wall by the window had a leak and the entire corner was peeling back, wet and moldy. Had to change rooms. Unfortunately double trees are not what they used to be. Expedia was great in getting us full refund. Staff was nice though

I didnt like that the elevators was not working And we had to use the staff elevator which was smaller and took a lot more time. Also, there was cosplay at the hotel which made the lobby very, very packed in the parking lot packed as well. The bathroom slides and does not close all the way
