Maybe at some point this was a 5 star property but definitely not anymore. Windows leaked on the rainy days. We saw a cockroach in the hall. Everything was just a little bit rundown and old. The suite, wasn’t really a suite because the living room was combined with the bedroom so it didn’t provide the privacy you’d want in a suite. We won’t be coming back here. Better properties out there.

Overall, a nice place. The only downside is the food The breakfast in the morning It was acceptable, but in the evening for dinner, just the alcohol was OK The actual food needs a lot improvement

Everything was cleaned and amazing

This was a very nice hotel. If you’re looking for a lot to do after 9:00 there is not a lot offered after shows. Everyone was very friendly(if you tip..service was much better)! Wish we would have been informed of all the shows upon arrival(had to switch dinner reservations around due to this & finding out the day of). Not a fan of the time share pitch after you checkin..definitely would have told them right off the bat NOT interested(this wasted a lot of our time after traveling we just wanted to get on with our vacation. Pools, beach and grounds were excellent & also our room cleaning service(again we tipped). They came in twice a day. Fridge was not stocked daily & had to ask them twice during the week to stock it(different person then house keeper). our room was great and on ground level with ocean view & pool. The only issue in the room was tub wouldn’t drain. we asked about it and the plug was removed but didn’t solve the problem. Pretty much our whole stay they were jack hammering and removing concrete in the room only a couple doors down & in the hallway(very loud and extremely dusty).Thank god we didn’t have small children that nap. Breakfast buffet was wonderful as were all the sign up speciality ones(do this the day of for the time slot you want). Take the ferry to Isla(our favorite island). Ferry is a really short walk. Overall for us this was a vacation to relax and it definitely was just that! Great friendly staff & clean. Will return someday!

This place was perfect the view was amazing for my first time in Cancun it was just right! Convenient to the strip and felt very safe. I would recommend that they invest in dehumidifiers for the rooms but rather than that it was very nice.
