I think what was unique, was the easygoing staff at the reception having the check in and room done by 10 am with no problems

The room was incredible. Very spacious and good amenities. Breakfast was very good too

I enjoyed the ability to take a bus so easily downtown. But I was not thrilled about my room. It seemed outdated with no charging capabilities near my bedside, and the big round table at the end was so out of place that it looked like it was put there as storage. The hallway of storage was excessive. How do you use so much space and make a room feel so cramped at the same time? Not a fan, especially when traveling for business and need of convenience in a room.

Beautiful lobby and good service. Room was tiny and maybe the worst shower I’ve ever been in. Might as well have been a room from 1983.

The hotel areas on the ground level are nice but the rooms are terrible. Old,lumpy bed, grubby, cheap small bathrooms. Such a disappointment.

Great for a weekend break. Hotel was very clean, staff were extremely helpful and it’s close to local amenities. Vincent in particular was very helpful and his local knowledge was brilliant!

Stunning hotel, very near to the train station and UN attraction. You get free travel but I was only told about this when I arrived. It would have been useful to have at the airport. The hotel is modern and the staff are polite and very helpful. The only downside was the bathroom decore. It was very old fashioned compared to the rest of the hotel. I will stay here again.

- Stuff in Minibar was not cold and super expensive
- I booked for a Kingsize bed, but get a 2bedroom(beds were together to each other)
- The bathroom and the whole interieur is not really nice and modern
- Iron was not working, and instead of a Swiss plig it had a German plug. There was just one socket available in the room.
- The stuff was nice, but did not really explain stuff well enough

It’s an old hotel. Very stuffy and still lingers of cigarette smell. Can’t open the window. I think it needs updating.

Our Stay well we were excited to visit Geneve for the first time and looking forward to our stay.
Our room was ok apart from the bathroom which was pretty tired and dated.
At night it was noisy due to every time the elevator arrived at our floor it would play a tune which disturbed our sleep.
Breakfast the food was ok , but it was chaos with the staff ,orderd poached eggs and it took over 30mins to arrived had to ask the staff to many times.
The pool area was nice and welcoming.
Would not book again as it was not value for money !

Our dog (German Shepherd) was treated like royalty. Pool area was amazing and staff was not only welcomming but so, so friendly. One of the best hotels we visited during our roadtrip.

The hotel is great, However I could not take any nap, whenever I try to take one they would “open the door” even though i had the sign “please don’t disturb” on the door

Request of a “guarantee” of 100% at the check-in (so a payment in advance) and problem with the respect of use of the mask at the breakfast buffet during the pandemic (many customers do not use the mask while serving itself at the buffet)

300 Swiss franks. Hard uncomfortable mattress, probably the worst I’ve slept on. View over a huge parking field, nothing else (even from 10th floor). You hear the road parallel to it. Room right by the lift and you hear it, small room, no kettle. Why they didn’t give me a better room while the hotel was nearly completely empty? Pool closed most of the year. In the bar I had to search for the waitress twice, then a waiter replaced her but was making familiar comments on my appearance. Odd experience.
