If your goal is to sleep on a bed of rocks then this is your place for you!!! The beds were horrible I asked for a different room but all of the beds were the same. The floor on the side close to the shower was wet, I imagine that the water is leaking thru. Saw a few spots of broken glass in the parking lot - evidence of broken into vehicles but of course I saw a few the lighting in the parking lot was poor to none!!!

The rooms are clean, functional, and a nice size. The staff professional and attentive. It feels abandoned. The lunch and dinner service are not available in the big restaurant. The interior design is dated and the exterior is in real need of repair. They will probably available rooms because so few want to stay there.

Way too many people smoking Marijuana. Couldn't even enjoy the pool with my kid.

I didn't like the elevator situation. They only had one in operation. Other than that it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The place is so dirty. At check in there was no one to great us and the employee that came out checked me in with his mouth full of food I couldn’t understand what he was saying. The swimming pool was full of cigarette buds and the seating was all stained. And the room was also dirty as well. Not family friendly and will not be returning

We will not be staying here ever again. When I checked in they never asked for vehicle information which I thought was odd. That same night there was a graduation party and a wedding. There wasn’t parking in the front so we parked in the back. We woke up Sunday morning to find our vehicle was stolen we locked it and had the keys with us. Talked to the front desk about cameras. Their cameras don’t work on the sides or in the back. That’s when they informed us they let people park wherever upfront. Nice to know right AFTER our $60k pickup got stolen and we are 7.5 hrs from home. Our room smelt like mildew/mold and after the rain we noticed the window leaked horribly. The elevators and halls smell like weed. Our tv speakers sounded like they were going out. Plug in outlets were loose and one I noticed was hot glued to stay in place. I have stayed in worse places but their cameras worked and I didn’t have to fly back home.

Rooms out dated

Terrible service!! Night manager was very racist and made our party (9 Hispanic families) feel uncomfortable at all times. He even admitted to us that he was racist. Called the cops on one of our Mom's for waiting in the lobby while the children ate fries (literally in front of the hotel restaurant). Cops he called also didn't even care to listen ..just took his side. Wanted to kick us out of our rooms. NEVER BOOK here if you are a minority.

Smelled like marijuana Hotel very outdated Mold everywhere and the smell of the hotel was not pleasant. The couches outside where the pool is are disgusting Definitely not kid friendly

Outdated hotel, Dark parking lot, did not feel safe parking my car nor getting my bags out and walking to the door. Probably should be 2.5 star hotel. It was decent, staff was nice. Its ok, but won't stay again. Would rather pay a little more to get a 3-3.5 star.

Felt a bit sketchy

The hotel is very out dated. The Lobby is gorgeous but everything else is old.

Property and staff alike were awful- all except the restaurant staff who were courteous and helpful. Front desk was hardly there, I waited over 10min to check in because there was no one there to attend to anyone. The hallways and rooms are musty and ceilings are cracking and peeling. Very disappointing for a Wyndham- worst one I’ve been to. I also didn’t get my requested wake up call, and missed my flight. Front desk said they did not get the request for a call. Such a waste of money!

Great place

our stay was a good for just the weekend but the cleanliness was a no go for me and it was noisy not because their was a wedding there that night but there were children screaming up and down the hallway, there was a lot of running, jumping and banging on the walls from children on both sides of us and we barely got any sleep the whole weekend there.

This hotel is reasonably priced, has a good location, and has clean, updated rooms with good amenities. Every member of the staff I encountered was very nice and efficient. Check in and check out were quick, and I encountered no problems on this stay. The gym is superior to most hotels, and it has a variety of cardio and free weights. The bar area looks very nice and they host receptions and events there some evenings. The only thing that detracts from the hotel are the passageways. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I walked into my room, because after you go past the beautiful lobby, the passageways are quite dark and have some worn carpeting. However, when you enter your room, everything is clean and updated. I would stay here again for sure.

I booked this stay to visit friends for a weekend, thinking it would be a central location between areas I was visiting. Location was ok; there's nothing within walking distance but a few food places very close to which you can drive. Check-in was easy and quick, however additional entries are not open so you have to go in through the front entrance/lobby and then walk around to wherever your room is. Mine was down the hallway to the elevator then all the way back down another hallway which perhaps could have been shortened if I was able to park at another door and use a different entry. Not really a huge deal but something to keep in mind if you have any sort of injury/disability related to mobility. The lobby is nice and seems to be kept up well but the building overall is older. I consider the room to be a bit shabby and not quite what I'm used to. It did the trick; I had somewhere to lay my head while in town but if you're looking for something upscale or 4-5 stars, I wouldn't consider this location it. Maybe a 3-star hotel. The staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful which I appreciated.

I read the other reviews after we were already at the property but I agree with some of the other people, the property is not as advertised. The lobby and restaurant is extravagant but the rooms and the hotel part itself is kind of run down and old. But the main thing I had against it is the smell of smoke in the halls. Someone was clearly smoking weed and the smell was so strong that it was permeating into our room. Also, pool was closed and the website never said anything about it being closed at the time. It’s not the absolute worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at but definitely misadvertised.

It ended up being the perfect spot to view the total solar eclipse. I met many wonderful people. The staff all around were the most professional, friendliest I have had the pleasure to come across.

Property did not match the pictures they presented online . I felt as though I was deceived . Will not be staying there again .

I stay here everytime i come to Dallas when i want to duck off and it’s always a good price and quiet area!
