I ordered a double queen online, when I showed up on site they gave me a single queen. Told me I was wrong even though I was showing the front counter my receipt stating a double queen. Told me I had to pay an extra fee if I wanted a double.

Warm welcome. Nice quiet property with snacks etc available to purchase. Very close to restaurants and laundry across the road. Comfy bed and clean. Big bathroom

For the price you really can't beat it Don't arrive expecting the Hilton it's your average refurbished route 66 hotel however the rooms were clean and the service was great.

It was a great experience staying here. Front Desk was nice. Easy check-in. Cozy room. My only observation was that the A/C unit kept turning on and off the whole night, which made a sound that interrupted my sleep.

This property was very clean and was a great location for walking the main street in Williams. Good value for the money. Would stay here again.

Ac quit working in middle of night, breakfast consisted of cereal and milk, no one at front office in morning when suppose to be open. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Wouldn’t stay again because of not having ac and no customer service available in morning when office was suppose to be open. Only stayed 1 night, but very uncomfortable without ac and no customer service to help.

Room was adequate, but was way too hot. Air conditioner blew icy cold air on one side of the bed, so I was unable to sleep for several hours until the room cooled and I could turn off the AC.
Looked for breakfast, but they didn't open until after 7:00, so I had to look for a restaurant.

Clean and well-maintained room, although vacuum cleaning of the carpet is appropriate. Breakfast with apple but without animal protein but suitable for healthy food. Very well located on route 66 and close to everything with good musical attractions on Friday and Saturday nights. Great food options close to the hotel.

We spent the night here before our flight from Buffalo Niagara Airport. The room was clean, comfortable and the price wasn't bad at all. Would stay here again

Located right on the end of quaint shops and restaurants right along Williams downtown . Room was clean and roomy , TV worked well . Bathroom was nice size . Parking was plentiful and free . Check in was very easy and fast . Room rates were very reasonable . Only issue was included breakfast , it needed a little help with quality and variety of choices . All in all , I will definitely stay here again .

The staff was very friendly. Room was pretty clean, but you can tell it is an older hotel/motel. Breakfast was not the greatest...mini donuts, Little Debbie cupcakes, toast cereal and yogurt. Coffee and juice were good. I would stay here again, but go elsewhere for breakfast

Its old and outdated and the room is hot when you first walk in. The AC worked but it took a few hours. No bugs were found, which is always a plus! Lots of rules posted around the building and fines if you fail to follow rules. Breakfast is not hot food. A decent stay for a night’s sleep.

Americas Best Motel is an older facility, but was clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay there. Staff was friendly and helpful especially when we needed a replacement hair dryer in the room.
