It was not the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. The bathroom was dirty. Nothing was dusted.

It was very dirty. The towels had had on them. The bathroom had false eyelashes on the floor the comforters were stained. The carpets were dirty in the halls and in the room.

I was greeted by a host behind a plastic partition. Very awkward! Hotel is old and not polished at all. No carafe in the coffee pot. Shower curtain was dirty w mold/mildew and room had unpleasant odor. We were in at 10 PM and out early so was not going to make a fuss but will definitely not stay here again!

I found the service to be adequate, for the most part. However, I asked for a wakeup call for two of the mornings of my stay, and np call was received

I asked the person/owner at the front desk if I can see the room before I pay for it.. he said don’t worry you will like it, but when i got to the room I was shocked, I didn’t stay, The place was dirty, moldy and filthy carpet/flooring so is the bathtub/shower and the bathroom. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Ripped furniture, dark hallways, crappy breakfast, scary elevator, mold on the ceilings, scuff marks on the walls, cheap fitness center. There is no quality in this Quality Inn.

Breakfast had no diet sugar of any sort and I am a diabetic. Also the half & half had only 1 serving. Went to ask the desk clerk who was busy on his phone on a personal call and not in any hurry to talk to me. He finally talked and told me “Oh yea, I need to go in there. He did, but they had no diet sugar substitute and pointed at the sugar. He did replenish the half & half

Had know hot water. The shower ran so slow that you wouldn't be able to get the shampoo out of your hair. The carpet in the hall way was dirty. The Elevator did not work some times. I'm so upset about my stay!

No issues with my stay. The pillows and bed were a bit uncomfortable but manageable. The breakfast was ehh, only had pancakes, cold cereal, muffins, and warm juice.

I didn't like anything about the facility. Our
bed was not changed for the whole stay, bathroom was dirty. I personally requested after day 3 for our bed to be change and I was told,they only change it on day four. They only change towels. They dont even sweep the bath rooms.

The gentleman at the front was the only decent thing about this property. The rooms were hot and had a smell. The ac kept turning off during the night and I could not breathe or figure out how to turn off the timer on it. And another thing, this place was listed under pet friendly when we booked and about an hour after we booked, we got a message saying no animals allowed. I have a service dog but I prefer pet friendly hotels for him because I feel more comfortable knowing dogs are welcomed but they were very strict and seemed uncomfortable about a dog being in the room. I thought the place would atleast be clean with how strict they were about it but there were stains and smells everywhere they might as well be pet friendly. No matter how desperate I am, this is a no no for me.

When I walked in my room there was an awful smell. When I turned on the air conditioning there also was a smell probably from the air filter being covered in dust. The carpets were not vacuumed well and there were bits and pieces all over the floor. The bed was also very uncomfortable with many lumps and bumps in it. Overall will never stay there or at a Quality Inn again.

The air in the Libby, hallway and room smelled like cigarette-scented air de-freshener. Until WE turned in the room air conditioner and had it running for over an hour, that cigarette/musty smell lingered.

The room was as expected for the rating. (Clean and well set up)The bathroom needed new fixtures ( The bath tub fixtures was broken from the water control to the drain). I had to hold the plunger for the water to empty the tub.

Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but not the best either. Stayed for 2 weeks never received house keeping once. Had to go ask for towels and trash bags. Building is very outdated and has a funky smell.

The staff is always friendly and we’ve been coming here for the past 3 years for the Travelers golf tournament as it’s very convenient to the course and surrounding restaurants and affordable. Unfortunately, I felt the room was clean but the chair and bedding had stains and bathroom showed wear and tear, it’s looking more run down. Our friends stayed this year and their room had a leak and their chair had a large stain also..the hotel is showing its age.

Like so many corporate owned hotels, this one is still using COVID and “safety concerns “ as a way of offering limited to no housekeeping and extremely limited and poor breakfast choices, not to mention poor facility upkeep! Nevertheless, without telling you these problems exist up front, you book a room for which you are then way overcharged!

It appeared the hotel was in the beginning stage of renovations. It was very worn down but they are slowly trying to complete improvements.

The hotel and staff were very courteous, the continental breakfast was good, the rooms were large, the cable had many options includes, a medium-size refrigerator, microwave, a coffee machine, and the room was clean. The area needs a car to get to many shops, food sources and in proximity to the north and south I84 highway.
