Bathroom was not clean, tub and tile in bad shape; linens rumpled and unappealing; AC and plumbing very noisy

OK. As expected for the price. Old hotel. Bed needs a new mattress - very lumpy.

At chexk in front desk was rude then supposed to be smoke free hallways smelt like smoke then the rooms had holes in the wall and the bed linens were dirty and stained. The shower had no water pressure

The hotel was clean. Beds very comfortable. Showers were awesome-nice and hot. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Tv and phone did not work. Paint missing on doors. Commode seat did not fit. Bathtub was chipped all over. Rusty and dirty ironing board. Lobby was sad and plain. Storage was out in the hallway on the way to the room. Toilet paper was stuffed in the peephole in the room’s door?!? Ugh! Not good!!!

This was a stay out of the twilight zone. I waited in an overstuffed lobby for front desk check in assistance for what seemed like 20 minutes. Eight more reservations behind me stacked up before someone arrived. When he showed up, he looked like he'd been on recreational break (wink, wink). He was immediately overwhelmed by the computer system and blamed it for the delay. We eventually got checked in and got stuck with a second floor room although we requested a first floor because we had a pet. As we were unloading, a shirtless man in his 60's roamed the hall and seemed drunk. My daughter locked herself in our room while we finished unloading. There isn't a decent pet area besides a rock pile next to the back corner of the property. The whole place had an uncomfortable vibe. Breakfast the next morning was non-existent as a large group had already cleaned out what little food was there. The roads around the property were under construction so it was hard to get around. I would say out of our eight nights in hotels over the past month, this one was the worst. Sorry. Gotta call em like I see em.

Not a great place to go now with all the construction, hard to get to. Breakfast in morning was weak and it was over at 9:00. They might want to take down the weekend sign that says it goes until 10:00. Room was clean but very out dated and the curtains hang over the AC so it blows up the curtains not into the room.

Property was quiet.

The employee that checked us in was friendly and very helpful. It was within walking distance of downtown.

It seems like recently improvements have been made but some thing need to be addressed. There was a faint odor of dirtiness in the lobby. Not the first impression you want. Check it took a long time after a long day of driving. The bedding was worn and in need of replacment. The price was high for the quality but maybe there was an event as other places seemed high too.

There was a fishing hook stuck in the carpet I stepped on.

Upon arrival the check in person was excellent. Very friendly. The facility is in some need of maintenance...not a lot but in our room there was a pretty sloppy paint job in the shower area that was easy to clean also the mirror had a large piece broken out of the corner with very rough edges. Otherwise the room was clean. Breakfast the next morning was okay. Things weren't ready. I had to search for spoons and knives. The waffle mix wasn't ready. The male staff member at the front counter didn't even acknowledge us as we passed the registration desk. He was upset about something and complaining and mumbling to the food prep person. He continued to do that even when she left. Checking out was fine. Two female at counter, both friendly.

Very dated. Very old. Has This place been remodeled since the 1980s? Dirty stairwell carpet. Moldy smelling room. Everything reflects age and lack of upkeep and modernization.

Very clean and quiet room was relaxing and comfortable great breakfast biscuits were a little hard but otherwise it was great.

I paid 171 dollars for a very dirty room, dirty hallways. People up in hallways most of the night. Could hear tv in next room. It was awful

The building itself is a bit dated but the price point is unmatched, especially if it’s a couple of nights. More money for exploring the town! The staff was the best part. Friendly, accommodating & efficient. I’m staying here again on a return trip later this week!

Very friendly staff and I was allowed to check in earlier than normal.

I was charged twice for the same one night stay July 27th- July28th 2024 by Hotels.com & then the front desk girl charged me as I arrived and physically checked in, The lady alone at the front desk was not very proficent to be working alone and it took 45 mins to get checked in early, i was charged for checking in an hour early $20 plus $10 for a single king bed when i chose 2 queen beds originallly on-line due to the lower price,and then was double charged for a one night stay. House keepers blocked my room door,135, for hours,the time i wokeup til their shift ended and then again the next day unil i checked out.Their maid carts sat unattended in the way of my room and not once ask if i needed any services or moved so i could get through. bfast was rough in the morning.

Ice machine was out, leaves blown in from entry, bathtub drain was super slow.

Stains on bedding and carpet. Carpet coming off the walls. Bathtub peeling and dirty. Shower curtain barely convered tub and flooded flooring. Hallways dirty. Ice machine leaking all over. Outside of hotel run down and gross

Property is older , very clean. Yes there was construction but I could come and go with ease.

The staff was outstanding - very helpful to find me a dog friendly room close to an exit. Very friendly answering questions - breakfast and staff were great as well. The main issue is that I25 right in front is undergoing work - so lot of dust and noise - the area around was also not great but the hotel room itself was comfortable and clean

Other patrons were aloud to party and disturb peace through the entire night even after manager was notified by numerous guests. Police were called too. Potential for violence was evident. Good - pets were welcome and accommodations were made - true to listing

The staff was great, but the microwave in the room constantly ticked. You couldn’t turn it off. It wouldn’t stop ticking. The curtains were also inconvenient. They were too long for the AC. They would block the flow of the AC if you tried to close them.

Construction on I-25 made getting to the property tricky. It is very convenient from the interstate.
