So-so breakfast and location was very far from most things.
Why do hotels continue to put one ply toilet paper in the bathrooms. I end up using 2-3 times more paper than is they used 2ply paper. the breakfast was just so-so. The location was as far from the city as any available. Not good.

A quick medical stay. Check in was quick, young man was friendly and informative.
Clean hotel and comfortable room, appointment was early so we did not utilize the free breakfast.

Covered our needs for a wedding we were going to. Room was spacious and quiet. Comfortable bed, and they tried their best to give us the earliest check in possible. Breakfast was average, nothing to complain about or to love. Overall, very nice place to stay for a night.
There were about 7+ kids, unsupervised, at the pool around 10pm. Screaming, and loud. Figured they would be in bed by then, so that some adults could actually enjoy the pool. We walked in, and immediately turned around. Big bummer we couldn’t enjoy that bit. Oh and the hot tub was broken/closed.

The beds are advertised as queen size but seem smaller. Jacuzzi was out of service during our stay.

The breakfast was delicious! This is a very clean and we'll maintained hotel. The machines in the workout area are stable and there's 2 nice flat screen tvs to watch. I brought my Yorkie with me so it cost a few $ extra . They have a floor of rooms for us animal lovers ! The front desk staff was great. Easy check in experience.

Everything fine, loved the walk in shower. Wish movies were available if we chose to pay. Local place Firerock restaurant very good. It was just up the road.

it was very clean, beds were so comfortable and the staff were very helpful and nice. made us feel welcomed and wished we could have stayed longer. my kids loved the pool too! thank you!

Location is off the interstate, but far enough away that you don’t hear any traffic noise. The hot tub was amazing. Sauna too. Rooms neat and clean. Friendly front desk staff, good breakfast. If I ever need to stay over in Casper again, I’ll be here
Nothing. It was a wonderful experience being at this hotel. As stated, will return if ever in the area again. Highly recommend. Now I’m typing words to complete the survey

The staff Aaron was exceptional and that was the ONLY thing we liked about the stay. Other than that everything was TERRIBLE
The first room the heater/AC did not work, the second room the shower head fell off, water would go from extremely hot to ice cold to kind of warm and back & forth during the entire shower

It was comfortable for the kids and the pool was still open when we got there! Breakfast was good, coffee was good. Gym was fully stocked!
