Good spot for the price point. Breakfast doesn't vary much but edible.

Not clean

Breakfast was cold. But we took it to our room so we microwaved it. Quiet and clean overall. Pool is still down for maintenance so we couldn't use that.

The pool was closed down due to mold and not passing the state guidelines. Their TV access continued to ‘lose connection’ more than it held a station. Their outside doors never locked, even tho there was a keypad to allow access to hotel. Very run down and stale smell… and they don’t clean rooms but every 3 days.

Breakfast was gross!

Cold food, minimal- like very, very economy.

It was quiet being just far enough from the highway but close enough to jump on quickly. There are plenty of restaurants near by as well as shopping for needed items. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices and the hot food was hot.

The place was fairly clean but needs updates. Pool was closed. Carpets are well worn. There was garbage in our garbage can, towels had stains on them. We did not even stay for the breakfast because not sure how sanitary things would have been. I would not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

Things that were said available were not the pool and hot tub were not. No hot water in bathroom. Dirty smell in hotel and stafff was rude.

Web site read no pets. Sign on back wall says " no pets". Sign by check-in desk reads "$20 night dogs". I am hoping for the best as I am not allergic to humans yet! Place in old and dirty the elevator is dirty with and marks everywhere. Paths worn into floor of where people were walking. The elevator smells musty and dusty. What is the deal with the old man dressed in white walking the grounds. He walks like he is patrolling. I watched him walking around the building from the hotel on the otherside of the clinic. The VFW next door is very loud at night. There is no blocking the noise from the hallway. Just like they are in the room with you. The rooms are fairly decent once you get inside. Not sure anout the pet issue I will not stay here again.

Smelly. Gross. Bed sheets don’t fit. Had to wait 35 minutes for a staff to come back and check anyone in. One family got sick of waiting and left for somewhere else. Way too dated. Didn’t want to touch the walls or carpet.

We were there for 10 minutes in the room and had to leave! It was that bad. Dirty dirty dirty. Would never recommend this place!

When we checked in , you couldnt understand front desk personnel. He was not very friendly. The hotel was dirty, smelled funny and by far the worst. The continual breakfast was very poor. Eggs cut into cubes. I will not ever stay here again. One of staff was half sitting halflaying in chair on a video chat on phone in a different language every time went to lobby. Was not a friendly or appealing environment.

The hotel is very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and very quiet. Close to many dining options and shopping. The only down side was my room didn't have a coffee maker. There was lots of fresh coffee in the lobby so not a big deal, just unusual. I would definitely stay here again

Unfortunatly we found bed bugs in the rooms we had booked. We had our own 3 rooms booked and 2 other rooms booked by other families.

This was exactly what I needed. A clean, quiet, affordable room while I was in town on business. Would come back again.

We traveled with 2 kids. When we booked a room we looked for a pool and breakfast. It was frustrating to check in and find out the pool was being renovated. Had we known this we would have booked somewhere else.

Traveling with kids means a pool is very important to us. We didn't know the pool was closed for whatever reason, maintenance or whatever. I had asked to cancel my reservations (I booked through a third party so it was up to the property at that point). I was told no cancellation because I didn't give them 48 hours notice. I didn't know 48 hours before checking in that the pool would be closed. It's like getting a hotel room with no beds. It wasn't only that though, their breakfast was unlike any continental breakfast we've had at other Country Inns. Very little to choose from and stale doughnuts, not enough coffee made (there were only 2 carafes and they didn't keep up with the demand). If you're looking for cleanliness I'd book elsewhere. It wasn't absolutely horrible, but it wasn't the cleanest either. The people working there were nice, the price was good, but we won't be booking there again.

It seemed sort of shabby upon arrival, and it was a bit shabby, but was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The photos are a bit out of date. The free breakfast was more mediocre than than the usual less than mediocre. The coffee was drinkable, although there was no ability to make it in the room.

Hotel needs a renovation badly. Carpets and bathrooms are dated. The fridge still had food from previous guest in it.

Unfriendly staff. Breakfast service was inadequate with respect to available items, and quality. Of all the rooms available, we were put in a room right next to the elevator and the stairs and it was noisy late into the night. I will not stay at another Country Inn and Suits ever!

Rooms are cleaned only if you request it the previous night. This is not okay.

First impressions upon walking into the property were that "good is good enough". The furniture in the lobby area was worn and stained. You could see that not a great deal of profit was put back into keeping the area current. Our room smelled, not like cleaning supplies, but smelled with a weird spice/food smell. The television was dated with a cumbersome method of navigation not seen since the 80's. Breakfast in the morning was different. The orange juice was watered down, milk came from a gallon jug, and cream cheese was shared from a tub. In contrast, the beds and pillows were super comfortable and the room was quiet. Both of these provided us with a great night's sleep.

Staff were super friendly and hotel was very clean.

The only negative I have about this place is when I entered the lobby I was the 1st person in line waiting to check in. A young lad was checking in a guest. shortly after arriving an older gentleman walked into front desk. Looked like he could have been the owner maybe farther of the younger gentleman. He just stood behind the counter. Another gentleman walked into the lobby behind me and was waiting to check in. I waited probably another 5 minutes after the older gentleman came into front desk and the guy was behind me in line. As Soon as the guest in front of me left the desk I walked up to talk to the young gentleman, and he got on the computer. The older gentleman started helping the guy behind me. I was in line first he clearer saw me. He knew I was waiting. This was clearly rude and unconsiderate of the older gentleman to wait on the guy behind me before me. Plus when I got down to the breakfast room. They didn't have any eggs or sausage in the warmer. I don't know it there is normally bacon as well. There was no hot food left. I had to go to front desk to tell them. So I had to leave and didn't get to eat a hot breakfast.

The side entry doors did not work for card entry. The breakfast food was cold and there wasnt many items to eat. The entry door into the room stuck and was hard to open

The room looked very clean, but when I took a shower the tub was very clogged. I was surprised there was no coffee maker in the room. The guy working at the front desk was super nice and friendly. Check in was very quick and easy.

Pretty poor in terms of cleanliness and facilities for the price.
