Dirty hotel that smells. Country Inn & Suites used to be decent places but they have gone down hill over the years. The bed was comfortable is about the only positive. Unfriendly staff, food on floor, walls damaged.

Most disappointing was no active pool. Closed for health reasons. Carpet in room had several large spills on it. The rest of the room was clean.

Pool and hot tub were empty. If you want to go swimming stay somewhere else.

needs repairs--outlet at desk was totally out of the wall --just hanging there--UNSAFE----blood spots on bedspread---toilet way too low for a partially handicap senior--sofa worn out and ugly---front desk people hard to communicate with--

It was very comfortable, good location, staff was friendly.

The gentleman at the counter when I went to check in was rude. The room had a bad odor. You could hear everything going on in the hallway. The bathroom was not clean and had terrible water pressure. The curtain would not close all the way so light from the parking lot would come in and bother sleeping. Pillows and bed were not comfortable. Room did not look like that in the photos on the website. The wifi and breakfast were also not as good.

There was a blueberry on the floor in the bathroom, that was a little strange. An indoor pool was advertised and when I went to use it, it was closed or safety hazardous reasons. The ice machine had the light on that it needed to be descaled and cleaned. Other than that, it did have a really nice view.

It was the most disgusting property I have ever been to. The advertisement was very nice and clean. The pool was drained and dirty. The inside of the building was just plain gross. Tattered carpets and sagging beds. Dirty damp smells. Very Rude front desk. Not recommended

Property advertised as having pool & hot tub which is what I entered when looking for a place. Both were empty and shut down for health reasons. You should not advertise if not in working order. Staff not welcoming. I had to walk down to see what time breakfast was served and check out time. Carpet was stained. Place was quiet, good sized room, breakfast good. I will need to call hotels directly to get what I want next time.

Have stayed here for years but now new owners. They don’t clean rooms unless you stay three nights….? Sheets were wrinkled and trash was in the room from prior occupants. Coffee was empty in lobby at 7:30am. People were pleasant but it’s not the value or the clean property we used to enjoy.

Pool was out of order. Staff member who checked us in was less than friendly. Check in no problems. Cleanliness of the room was very good. Better than some Country Inns I have stayed in over the last 2 years. Breakfast was good, Eating area was clean.

Sheets didn’t fit so we ended up having to make our own beds with sheets provided by the receptionist. The ad said award winning. I am calling a full bait and switch as the pool and hot tub were closed due to a bacterial issue they were completely drained of water. . I am expecting some kind of a discussion from someone about getting a full refund for this debacle.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! The company you booked through will not help you get a refund when you discover that the place is filled with mold, smells like stale food, offers stained and dirty towels, has broken lamp shades and dirty curtains, etc. the whole place stinks and doesn’t look like the photos on the site. The hotel will also not claim any responsibility for the poor accommodations.

Needs lots of maintenance. Tub didn’t drain, carpet left your feet black, curtain rod missing a hook so you couldn’t close them. Wouldn’t ever stay there again.

It was comfortable, but the windows were hazy and poorly cleaned. I feel there is a lack of pride in this establishment. Mediocre is not good enough.

The front desk guy was the least friendly person I’ve come across in a long time. No greetings no thank you. Nothing. Hotel is decent but there are a ton of them around us. Probably will not stay here again with so many options because of Mr Happy.

The hotel was fine it wasn't too dirty but a brick in the wall would have more personality and be more happy to help than the people running the desk up front.

Breakfast was cold. But we took it to our room so we microwaved it. Quiet and clean overall. Pool is still down for maintenance so we couldn't use that.

The pool was closed down due to mold and not passing the state guidelines. Their TV access continued to ‘lose connection’ more than it held a station. Their outside doors never locked, even tho there was a keypad to allow access to hotel. Very run down and stale smell… and they don’t clean rooms but every 3 days.

It was quiet being just far enough from the highway but close enough to jump on quickly. There are plenty of restaurants near by as well as shopping for needed items. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices and the hot food was hot.

The place was fairly clean but needs updates. Pool was closed. Carpets are well worn. There was garbage in our garbage can, towels had stains on them. We did not even stay for the breakfast because not sure how sanitary things would have been. I would not stay here again.
