Beautiful hotel with excellent staff! We were there for Taylor Swift concert but really enjoyed the holiday decorations -- especially the gingerbread replica of the hotel which was also TS inspired. Spa was lovely! Had an excellent massage

The corner room was very chilly and the heater didn't work until a repair guy came to turn it on. could use a user details for the heating system. The heating fan was very loud but I managed to heat the room enough so I could switch it off to sleep. The bathroom was also very cold.
The pool was excellent!!! Bed and room layout very comfy. would recommend to others. Hopefully the construction means there might be a hottub or sauna with the pool in years to come :)

We had a terrible experience at this hotel, we parked our car in the hotels recommended on site parking that we also had to pay for and had our car vandalized and the hotel steps up and says sorry this is Vancouver and stepped away. Our room had dirty towels, no toilet paper or tissues. Overall would not recommend this hotel to any person.

Really fun and clean hotel. The concierge was so friendly and helpful. My kids had so much fun.
Our only complaint was the pool was a bit cold.

Stay was good. The location is unbeatable. Had a bit of a scare when we got back and the room door was left open. Nothing missing. Error on the hotels part but they helped a bit.

The hotel looks great from the outside but the rooms are old. The parking garage elevator didn’t work. The hotel elevator had issues. The bathroom was too small and tub is so old with permanent marks. The staff was nice. We will not be booking this hotel next time.

Although its look a little dated, it still looks iconic. We left at 4:30am and the elevator cards were not working. It only allowed one floor which was the lower level. we had to carry big suitcases 2 sets of stairs. Other that i wish i was there longer. In and out in less than 8 hours.

We had to move rooms as the 1st room the bath tub had damage to the plug & phone was broken. After moving rooms (quickly helped at front desk) the 2nd room we were in the phone also was out of order so we were unable to call front desk or room service which was frustrating. The air conditioning did not work and there was no fan in the bathroom, room service had a $6 delivery fee (more than most restaurant takeaway delivery fees) and an 18% service charge before tax & tip. We chose to stay at Fairmont as we were wanting to treat ourselves to a bit of luxury, the staff were lovely but unfortunately the hotel issues itself were quite disappointing & it did not feel like the 5* experience we were expecting.

Considering I paid $700 per night I expected much better, yes it’s an iconic hotel but at that price it’s not worth it. The bathroom is small, bathtub didn’t fill due to an outdated drain, bathtub was chipped. Checkin was slow and crowded. One restaurant for a hotel like this? Staff did their best but they can only do so much given the ordinary hotel infrastructure. I felt I was taken advantage of at this price.

Beautiful room and fantastic bed we only had a few things I wish would have been better like coffee in our room for the morning and our toilet ran every 2 min. We closed the door to the bathroom and it was better

Extremely friendly staff that welcomed me at the Club level the moment I arrived. Great room. Spacious, clean, well furnished, I was fortunate to be right next to dining area on 9th floor. Staff took extra time and care to just talk about things or answer any clarifications, recommendations or explanations

Great location. Housekeeping and restaurant (Notch8) staffs were excellent. Front desk (check-in / check-out) was below par. I was surprised that I had to self-register my car for parking, I was aware of the fee, but this was the first time I had to self-register my car for parking at any hotels. I thought this was a five-star hotel.

All of the front of house staff were courteous and attentive. The house keeping staff on my floor were always pleasant and greeted me whenever I passed through the hallways.
I felt very welcomed. The rooms were impeccable.
