a line for check becayse they do not have a workable computer system. So they were looking for someone reservation when I arrived. She finally got someone for I quess management to work on it. Then had to wait for the kids to pay for thier candy and soda because they appearently do not have vent machines I never saw one. Then she couldn't find my reservation I had the conformation number in front of her. The managemnt person guy with a ponytail was checking in someone else while she was looking with a dog. He asked if it was a service dog and they had a hard time say yes he then said that was good enought for him. No vest on the animal or other ID. Only 2 working elevators one on each on the front side of the building. So if your on the end of the building on the back side you get to walk all the way to the middle of building then acrossed the building and back to the end. No ubc plug in for phones in the rooms. I turned the TV on it says it could not find a channel. Caled the front desk and then sent someone up who tried to get channel but couldn't. Another IT problem. He was very nice and called the front desk for a different room. Half hour to 45 minutes later the front desk staff come up person came up to give me a key to different room which was by the pool. It did close at 11:15 pm only because they shut the lights on them. The only thing/people that seems to work in this hotel is the cleaning staff and maintenance staff.

Big property

The holiday inn is old and needs a make over. The bathroom door didn’t close, the toilet didn’t flush and the pool area was extremely dirty. I’m looking for a full refund.

So much better than I was expecting.

We were in room 1214 and none of us could shower. The shower backed up and there was gross nasty stuff that came up the drain. I feel we should get some kind of reimbursement for this room. Even if it’s half back or another night for free in the future. Something should be done. I won’t stay there again even though it’s awesome there.

Our towels in the room were dirty. Sheets were alright. The other guest were very loud around midnight with kids screaming and running around. Pool was cold. I personally wouldn’t stay here again. One last thing, the staff went in our room when we were at the pool.

Needs renovations, got bed bug bites all on ankles. Staff were nice but hotel is getting run down.

The toilet in the room ran non stop and the shower and hot tub were not hot water

Omg! Worse hotel ever. They refused to put the air on. Room smell like mold. Refused to change my room when i requested. Couldn’t give me any reason as to why they couldn’t. I will never stay there again.

The pool was a 10/10, my kids had a blast with the slides and pirate ship! It was great that the pool offered swim vests for the kids.

Was one of the worst stay I have ever had!

It was.ok, the hot tub wasn't working and the ice machine near our room was out of order. I realized I left my phone charger in the room and called to see if I could have it mailed to me and I haven't heard back from them.

Our check in was the easiest I’ve had at a hotel! On top of being very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and beds were clean beds were comfy.

The hotel paid for a taxi from the airport and set that up rapidly! I am very happy with how they dealt with shuttle service when the shuttle was not going. We were at the pool late and no one ran us out! Very happy that we were able to enjoy the pool after arriving late!

The beds and bedding are always so comfy. We always get a pool side room which is also fabulous. The staff is always great. Will be coming gain.

Older but remodeled Holiday Inn just off the interstate. Initial room had a loud rattle from the AC but they changed rooms with problem. Nice sports bar/restaurant.

Unclean, sewage problems on arrival, poor customer service.

Only issue is the place is huge and hard to find elevator. However, the cleaning staff was more than willing to help me and even helped me with my luggage!

Custom service was outstanding, also the food. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

No hot water

Pool was closed and told the would refund our stay if we made alternate plans. Contacted hotels.com x2 no response!

The fridge didn't work, the thermostats battery was dead, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, and worst of all the shower wall was covered in long hair. For the amount I paid for this place and all of this was wrong was very dissappointing. I did talk to management and they gave me 20% off my stay. I appreciated that but thought it should have been more.

Great place

We just needed a one night stay while we were in town for the night. Our room was so quiet. Even the little bit of noise from the pool in the morning made us smile. Nice coffee bar. This would be great place for a family reunion!!
