The hotel was beautiful and the perfect walking distance from everything in town! It was clean and always felt safe. The staff spoke some English & were always kind about our lack of Spanish knowledge. We loved it!

A hotel bar that had no white wine for sale. Room was fine along with reception who helped me book an extra days stay during a busy time.

Worst hotel I have stayed at in Spain. They have horrible customer service. Wifi is impossible to connect to. Hotel backs up to a loud street. No a/c and my window would not open. Walls are paper thin. You can hear every conversation of people next door and above you. I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night to go to a different one, I am so glad I did. The front desk was horrible and unhelpful.

A little dated in feel but otherwise fine and in a lovely old building. Helpful staff and comfortable room. But they need to update the confusing light switch systems in the rooms.

The hotel is nice but NO downtown, where the nice and interesting sites are far. My room was small but enough.

We stayed one night during our Camino. It was good value for money. It was clean, quiet, dark and the air conditioner was effective. The staff was very helpful and recommended places for dinner etc.

Room allocated was really old . Toilet paper was left on counter as there was no roller ( broken). Sink stopper also broken . Not sure room allocated was due to booking with hotel.com .

We very much enjoyed the decor and service. A bit loud from street noise and defiant needed better pillow options than one long pillow but overall very enjoyable for a night. Easy walk into town and the Templar castle.

The hotel is located on the edge of the shopping centre and 5 mins walk from the rail station.The Templar castle is a good 15 mins walk away, but the railway museum is just across the bridge from the hotel. A warm welcome at Reception; who throughout my stay were very helpful; especially being translator with a taxi driver who I wanted to use to explore the hinterland. A walk-in health clinic is 5 mins walk away. The hotel and rooms are presented in a medieval style; though in my room a new lick of paint would refresh the minor marked / stained areas. The room was comfortable and quiet and I slept well. Breakfast has a fair range of cold fayre, but the presentation of the hot scrambled egg and bacon was not appealing. Boiled bacon sitting in a bath of water is definitely off-putting and I gave both a wide berth! Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Right across a major park in the middle of the town, the staff very helpful and friendly.

We had a little trouble finding the hotel due to construction in the neighborhood, but once there it was a good location. There was a park across the street and the main downtown area was a few blocks away. The room itself was modest, a little cramped and had the customary separate beds. The facilities were clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed a quiet night's sleep even though the commuter train line was just behind the hotel.

the hotel is right next to the train station - so a short distance from the main town and castle etc - but it just felt quite unfriednly and was our only mediocre breakfast/view from room experience of a month long trip

Had to wait for check in at 2.30pm Charged extra for 'wifi' and parking motorcycle,10+ euros per 24 hours. Gym. was appalling, one broken crosstrainer one barbell with no weights ! nothing else.I feel that this booking was made under false pretences.
