I went to the address given and there was a church in its loaction and without a phone #. Thw street it was on on expedia was a new church and the gates were locked to the street. no hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was no breakfast available as advertised, which was the primary reason we booked here. No hangers, no ironing board, no iron, no phone chargers, no desk or chair.

They didn’t have a lot of guests, there weren’t enough towels for every guest, no soap or shampoo was provided, it didn’t look like the carpet was vacuumed recently, there weren’t any trash bins, the linen and towels didn’t look as clean as they could have been, the faucet for the bath was so difficult to start I thought it was broken, and altogether it just sucked.
If you can help it go some place else. The listing said complementary breakfast and the staff said they did a few days prior during a phone call but they said they didn’t when we got there.

The first thing the fan didn’t work right. The door to the bathroom was broken. There was a load of hairs left in bathtub had to get rid of before. The phone didn’t work they had to replace it twice. The TV remote stop working they had to replace twice. I stayed at at a hotel under same name in Sac it was a 100 times better. Do not book this place it’s not even a place to just sleep!!!! Don’t waste your money

The room had roaches, the bedding had stains and cigarette burns, no remote for tv, couldn’t connect to WiFi. The night guy at the Service desk was very nice And friendly. hats the only good thing I can say about this hotel.

The owner of the property was very nice, which we appreciated. The bed was excellent. There was a nice microwave and a little refrigerator that kept things very nice and cold. However, the lights we too dim for reading, the drain in the sink ran very slow, we had to ask for cups for coffee that would not melt in the microwave, the too short shower looked very new and was hard to operate, the ceiling in the shower was sagging from a leak and it looked like mold had been painted over on the wall. Maybe other rooms are better, but I would not recommend this one.

It was 115 degrees and the pool was closed, full of construction debris. There’s was a coffee machine in the room but no coffee and only 1 cup. The soap was already opened on the counter. The ice container was filled with water, probably melted ice previous guest. There was no iron or iron board in the room, when requested we were given an old iron with a Goodwill price tag still attached. The rub was full of stains. There was no breakfast prepared, when requested we were shown three empty boxes of cereal and two half eaten loaves of bread.

I did not like anything about the hotel. I disliked that it was dirty. The room was filled with cockroaches there was hair from other people in the bath tub.
I do not recomend this hotel.

The bed was fine, the linens clean. The property has a ton of deferred maintenance. The plug-ins are gouged our, the light switches are scary. The couple who run the place seem nice enough but everything is dingy and dirty. I guess that is why it was so cheap.

A decent place that's showing some age. Very friendly service. Construction on adjacent service road wasn't a serious inconvenience, and the configuration of the property helps to nullify road noise from nearby main hwy. Convenient parking and room access. One restaurant within three hundred feet and several others within a mile. Would stay there again.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in for many, many years, and I paid $206 for one night!!
The front desk area smelt like an Indian restaurant. The room was filthy, carpet not vacuumed, tub bottom soiled with bugs running around in there. dust everywhere. Maintenance appeared to be non-existent as there was damage to the bathroom door, the sink faucet fell apart in my hands, cigarette burns in the furniture and a filthy ironing board. we skipped the "complimentary" breakfast as my wife was worried about the hygiene standards in the kitchen. One bath towel between the two of us, one small cake of soap between sink and shower. I think you probably get the picture, avoid this property at all costs!

We booked 4 rooms and in all rooms the carpet were old and dirty one of them was burn with an iron. Both nights we stayed there was lots of noise till 3:00am, people partying and even with the doors and windows close you can hear it. The rooms downstairs had roaches too. Not a good idea to book here.

At the $144 I paid for a Friday night, expected more from this hotel. The check-in was quick and I had no issues, and the desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The room, however, left MUCH to be desired. There was a hole in the wall from the room door handle, and several places along the wall had pieces of the plaster missing. Not big ones, but enough that it felt like room maintenance was neglected. The tub looked a bit run down as well, and I ended up avoiding it altogether, as I didn’t want to risk it. The main problem I had with this room is that there were several bugs that made an appearance throughout the night, and that just gives you chills and prevents you from ever really relaxing because every little thing you feel you think is a bug.

The staff was great, however the issues I had were with the facilities. I was disappointed with the smoke detector going off several times during my sleep. The water that came out of the sink was grey. I didn’t not stay there the second night even though I paid for the room.

The current hostess was great and very helpful. Anything we needed he didnt give an attitude or hesitate to help, even when i came to him four timetimes in one night.

The room had broken items such as the sink drain plunger was missing. It felt like the shower handle was going to break off when turning on the water. Also towels had burn mark stains. Overall the room wasn't very nice to be in. Also no one was ever in the lobby. I always had to call them on the phone to come out.

However, the breakfast was totally lacking. No milk for cereal, didn't open at 7am as stated. coffee only had dry creamer, no juice, nothing else really, no fruit, no jam/jelly/butter.
Hotel room didn't smell clean, rather like an old smoking room. Only 1 bar of soap provided, no shampoo/conditioner.

Unfortunately I had a rough experience here. The room was "old" smelling, the shower never heated up so I took lukewarm showers, and the bed was pretty hard. I think the kicker was when I was leaving the building, my business partner and I discovered drugs and paraphernalia in the stairwell. We picked it up and gave it to the desk clerk as we left because there were families staying at the hotel and it was a safety issue.
I rented the room because of its relatively close proximity to the airport and the business event we were attending. For a large hotel chain, I was expecting a better kept, drug free, working and clean environment. I won't be staying here again.

I would of rathered to stay at a motel 6 for my free night. Walls had holes, I didn't even want to shower. Worst experience ever. If I would of had time I would of stayed some place else. I booked the name, now I know better.

I was on a day trip to Fresno and back to LA but I got stranded due to the flash flooding and mud slides in Bakersfield. So since all of the freeways are shut down, I was forced to stay with very limited hotel availability. So this location to the job for the night. The bed was comfortable but there was a cockroach in my room.

I didn't know anyone in Bakersfield n all other rooms were sold out..Expedia gave mr this room for 178 per night..usually this hotel runs around 88 per night. .so way overpriced but comfortable.

One of the worst possible places you could stay in Bakersfield. It is HORRIBLE! We could not even stay there. We booked on Hotels.com and the rate was non-refundable, so we lost our money. We stayed somewhere else. Please, do not waste your money.

The room was good, the bed and pillows were confortable and the fridge and microwave worked well, TV was nice also. But when I first went into room there was no toliet paper, or tissues I had to ask the front desk person. The shower did not drain but was fixed the next day. But the outside of the hotel was dust and dirty. I asked for a 1st floor room the clerk said there were none; but there was only about 6 cars in the whole parking lot. The lobby was old and beat up. But the biggest issues for me was the Breakfast. I called prior to booking the room to ask if they atleast had eggs for breakfast; they said yes. But when breakfast came around there were none. I had to complain for them to hard boil some eggs for me the next day. I would have not booked the room if they had no eggs. They did make it right but I had to say something. If you can sleep easyly and want to save money stay here.

Bad experience! Booked a Regular King room through Expedia, got to hotel a little after check in. The lady at front counter seemed as though she had no idea what she was doing. The front office was dirty and smelt like urine, the lady finally found my reservation and confirmed it was a smoking room. I asked if there was any other options I can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke. She said no, she went and got a man he was very direct and careless about my concerns. He said to late the reservations cannot be changed nor cancelled. I called expedia and the guy on the phone said he can upgrade our room for 25$ (Why the front desk couldn't do that? I don't know) I had already decided based on the attitude I'm not going back with or without my money. Gross place not the kind of place you wanna go to the bathroom in.

I stayed at this hotel because of the location and the price. It was pretty austere. No clock radio/alarm although he did offer me a wake up call. The electronic door and the swipe card didn't work very well together and if you had your hands full there was no way you were getting in unless you put everything down. The was no tissues in the room. The heat/cool was either on or off and there was no thermostat.
That aside, everything worked, plenty of towels and hot water. It was fairly quiet considering the proximity to the freeway. The desk guy was friendly and efficient.
I may stay there again because of the reasons stated, but the other things are why I don't recommend it.

It was ok... The Staff was more then excellent! They were very accomidating! The rooms needed some deep cleaning. The towels were stained (GROSS!) and the shower head had dirt built up on it. But the room was clean the bathroom just needed a little help....
