Clean, comfortable budget hotel. Extra firm bedding was comfortable. Basic breakfast. Would stay here again

The rooms are recently remodeled. But there is still a background smell of cigarette smoke. They’re working on things … they’re just not there yet. Acceptable for the price.

House keeping did not refresh our room. Our room key did not work on the 2nd day when we returned to stay there. They gave us another room but there were no shower curtains, no hair dryer, no blankets. The hotel is in very poor condition

I want a refund for this hotel it says pet friendly they are not , it says pool it has not been open in years the service is awful the hotel smelt like mildew and dog pee

Stopped later at night. Friendly front desk staff. Room decent. Breakfast cold. Unsafe people hanging out outside. Not sure why you kept $1.80 of my deposit??

Breakfast needs improvement! Eggs and hash browns not cooked right! No creamer for coffee! Not much of a variety for breakfast! Just cereal and bread. No juice! The machine was there but nothing in it! No yogurt! No fruit! Anyways needs improvement. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable! Had a good rest.

Linens on the bed were damp. And the front desk wouldnt give us a new comforter cuz they had so many guests that night. So they gave us one blanket. But the sheets and the comforter both were wet. The ac was so so noisy.

This property is conveniently located and was very clean. I thought it was a good value for the price. Staff was friendly and room was spacious. Only minor complaint is that the hallway smelled strongly of smoke, but room did not.

They charge $20 for early check in. Even though you are already in the room. There is also no laundry mat on properly as stated on app. And breakfast is for small children. 2 stars.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and it’s worth the money for sure. The rooms are decent the property is kept up and the staff is overall , very nice. I say overall only because this last time I stayed there, we ordered Rosati’s for dinner and they didn’t include salt or pepper so I asked the second shift person for a single pack of pepper and he responded that it would be available the following morning when they have breakfast out. Keep in mind, we have stayed at this particular establishment 6-7 times over the past few weeks and I was asking for a pack of pepper not for breakfast. He really told me no regarding something that would have taken less time to grab it than responding with that answer. No he didn’t have to say sure I’ll grab you a pack or let me use the bottle for two seconds , he did not owe me but I’m quite sure management would have honored my request as it was not that big of a deal . It rubbed me the wrong way because of how he said it as well. I wasn’t rude in responding , but customer service is everything in today’s world. That being said, I think the other staff members are great especially the manager and the rooms are not 5 star rooms but surely nice enough to stay in and definitely worth the money.

The sheets weren't clean, there was hair on the bed, no wash cloths, limited breakfast selection with no pepper or ketchup and the fridge was rusty.

Pricing was good very clean

I liked that they gave us a different room when the first pet friendly one had an alarm beeping and a funny smell. The breakfast was very hard to find something appetizing. Raisin brand was it.

The staff was very nice polite and helpful answered all my questions and even got the room ready before it was supposed to be ready before check-in time very promise definitely stay there again

There was some mildew on the mattress, pub hair on the toilet, someone tried to open our door, and there were snot on the mattress under the protective cover, and the fridge in the room didn't even work. We let someone know about the fridge but nothing was done with it.

Not bad, location isn't for those that want to explore areas near their stay, but it was a place to sleep.

Friendly Staff. Love the jetted tub. Not fancy bu very clean and quiet. The usual continental breakfast fare but the coffee is good.

I’d recommend. Not sure if it’s too much work but each room should be swept and mopped before the next guest. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend this place and intend to stay again. Two floors, no elevator. I was not asked if I wanted a bottom room floor. One set of stairs. Keep this in mind

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfy. I felt it was in a pretty safe location although there were a few homeless people in the parking lot both when we checked in and when we left. They could probably do a little better job cleaning as the fridge in our room looked like someone spilled something in it but it was not cleaned prior to us checking in. But overall, it was a great value for the money.

Room was good for a week long stay. AC unit was a little noisy and cut off after a few hours but that was the only issue.
