Great location!!

Location, location, location. 5 second walk to Ponte Vecchio. Less than 10 minutes to the Uffizi Gallery. 20 minutes to the train station (easy walk, even with suitcases). 20 minutes to Piazzale Michelangelo (great restaurant/bar at the top) and it has a great view of the city. Boboli Gardens is just down the street. Bathroom was small and a bit awkward (hard to explain, but it was tight…I’m 6’2” and my wife is 5’2” and we have the same comment). The staff were amazing.

Amazing hotel to stay at. We were a large group of college students. Location is amazing, in the middle of the heart of the city. Walkable, safe and close to every restaurant and monuments

Friendly hotel great location for seeing all the sights

We loved the location. The staff was very helpful. The elevator wasn’t working and we were on the 5th floor. I had the bring my mom’s wheelchair down 5 flights of stairs and of course they got it working as soon as I got to the bottom.

Pertaining to room 507: The Good: Fantastic location. Nice view. Room was clean and good housekeeping. The not so good: The coffee was undrinkable and the breakfast was inedible. Keeping in mind this is a large tourist hotel and the women’s servers were doing their best. Both mattresses were broken down and need to be replaced.

The staff is wonderful, and as far as proximity to the major sites in central Florence, it can't be beat. The breakfast buffet offers abundant variety. I had stayed at this hotel a few times previously. Since being bought out by B&B Hotel, the locally crafted bathroom soaps, lotions, and hair products have been replaced with a singular bottle of "body and hair" wash. This was a downgrade. The rooms would benefit from additional window soundproofing. The hotel itself is very quiet, and you don't hear other rooms/guests, but the nighttime street noise is very loud, especially on the weekends.

Hotel Pitti Palace was PERFECT for my week long stay in Florence. The location is amazing, right next to the Ponte Vecchio and walking distance to many sites like Boboli Gardens, the Uffizi museum, the Duomo, and many stores and restaurants. Their morning breakfast buffet was delicious and was always a great start to my day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Grazie!!

To my surprise the location is perfect, you are right outside the ponte Vecchio bridge very accessible to all city landmarks. It feels so safe we went on a walk at 11 pm around the area.Their breakfast is a must specially if you are looking for a mix of local and American breakfast. Overall Ioved my stay there and I will considered for next time.

Location is at the center with plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Only problem is there is only one elevator in the hotel. It takes forever to go up and down.

Booked this hotel last minute - loved it! Great location, clean, nice hotel and loved the rooftop restaurant. They even gave us a breakfast bag to go since we had a early morning flight. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!! Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience in this beautiful hotel located right in Pontevecchio! Rooms were meticulously clean and service at front desk was nothing short of spectacular! Alessandro helped so much with suggestions for local restaurants (non-touristy) and jewellers!! Top notch all the way. This hotel deserves 10 stars!!!!

I’m not sure how in the world this hotel got its 4 stars. The hotel was in a very poor and old condition. The hotel walls were all eroded. The bed linens were not at all clean and practically yellow in color. I sincerely feared for bedbugs when sleeping. What angers me the most is how much I paid for this hotel. Definitely did not live up to my expectations.

Centrally convenient, air-conditioned and nice breakfast area

I and my travel companions like the location of BB. We were very dissatisfied with the room and hotel condition. I took photos of dirty stained floors and carpets, smudged windows, a hairdryer from the year of the flood, ripped/torn upholstery, empty hair body wash the smelled like institutional soap, mildewed tub and shower curtain, artwork that was coming apart in the frame, hung over the bed

The stay was a little rough. The location of the hotel was amazing. About a 15-minute walk to all the main tourist activities and right on the old Florance bridge. Before we arrived I emailed the hotel requesting that they have the three individual beds set up. Upon arrival, they informed me that they had not set up the beds in that manner despite having received the email request. They then said, it was too late now and it will just need to be done tomorrow. I then inquired about the upgrade that Expedia VIP members receive to which he said, “We don’t have anything” so I decided to call it a night and wake up to their breakfast. The female working the breakfast was very nice but unfortunately, the breakfast was not. After a really long day, we headed back to the hotel where I could not get one single English or Spanish TV channel. No Netflix, no YouTube, nothing. I realize I’m in a foreign country but in all my extensive travels, I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t at least include one. I called and his response was, “maybe there’s something wrong" but they never fixed the Netflix option or limited channels during the remainder of my stay. In a nutshell, the location is the best part of the hotel. The restaurant is lacking, the service is inconsistent (sometimes friendly & welcoming while other times they acted annoyed by answering yet another tourist question).

What a magnificent stay, from the reception, restaurant and cleaning staff everything was so well thought out and we felt very comfortable and looked after. The location is simply perfect and this hotel is well recommended. Thank you.

Hotel was in a great area nearby shopping and dining. The Lobby area was very clean but our room had an awful musty smell. The tile in the shower had mold in the grout areas and the emergency pull cord in the shower had mold growing on it.

The location was spectacular! Perfect spot for seeing the sites in Florence. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious!

Overall it is a great location. The suggested parking station was full and alternates were not provided - booked a close parking station. The hotel did not indicate that we had to drive through a pedestrian only area to get to the hotel parking. Need better instructions and alternate parking stations in the area. It was extremely busy at Easter - so not so easy.
