Unfortunately the room was unclean. There was dirt and dust in the ceilings from the vents. A previous guest or employee used the toilet and had not flushed it leaving behind fecal matter. The room’s furniture had not appeared to be wiped down. Upon arrival I was directed to park behind the building, however, I could have parked along the side and made it to my room much quicker with less steps. I had multiple bags to bring in making the initial trip inconvenient.

A great find in Simi Valley. Quiet location. Balcony rooms. Comfortable bed.It is evident the staff cares for the property. They are always fixing and maintaining it. Good breakfast with booking. Cleanliness is high. On-site guest laundry. Would stay again. Plenty of parking.

The air conditioning fan was very loud, and the bathroom exhaust fan is actually a supply fan blowing air into the bathroom so the post-shower bathroom was quite muggy and uncomfortable (room 237) but otherwise the room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was outstanding and all the people there were very nice.

Short stay in Simi Valley and decided to book this hotel. Was greeted upon arrival, smooth check-in. When I hit go my room I was surprised not only how clean the room was but had a balcony with lounge chair with a view of the pool. Another perk Breakfast was included. They had made to order options as well as fresh, fruit, several bread options, sausage, eggs and several types of beverages. This hotel was super quiet and had easy access to the 118 and surface streets. Overall a great stay and would stay here again.

The room I got showed pictures of a jucuzzie tub and that’s why I booked it but I get to the room and it dose not have one it is nothing like the picture

We stayed two nights to attend a wedding rooms were decent, although there was no elevator to use so lugging our luggage up a couple of flights of stairs was not so fun, bed pillows were awful. I’ll give them credit since there were several pillows, but they either were flat as aboard or were so bumpy they were uncomfortable. Breakfast was better than a basic continental but ran out pretty fast and was too small of an area to accommodate a bunch of people.

Hotel generally good and the staff was very friendly. The only downside to this hotel is that there was no elevator, and that was a little inconvenient as we were travelling with a toddler/stroller.

I wrote a google review about the lovely landscaping, waterfall patio, balcony rooms. Pretty property- convenient location. If i have to give a down side, it would be that i wish they would have offered me an upgraded room because i would have liked a balcony or view, if i had a choice. They did offer early check in when they called me to confirm on the day of. - also, didn't see any lighter food options at breakfast like yogurt or cereal.

The carpets in the rooms are so dirty, I had to wash my kids' feet every few hours and carry them to bed after their bath to not dirty the sheets.

My overall rating is probably 4.5 stars. We initially decided to stay in Simi Valley because rates in Ventura (we were visiting Channel Islands NP.) were so high. We were happy with our choice and impressed with front desk and cleaning staff friendliness and the quality of the breakfast (fresh fruit was amazing). You do have to eat your breakfast on site. The condition of the room was fine, and we were glad to have a refrigerator for our three-night stay. Stater Brothers is a good nearby grocery, BTW.
Our room overlooked the courtyard and it got a little noisy one night. We noticed that a lot of vending machines were out of order. Other than that, we had no problems and enjoyed our stay.
We did not have time to visit the Reagan Library, but this hotel is ideally located for that.

Loved our stay! Everything was so nice and clean. Staff was nice and helped us fix our drain that was broken in the tub. We got upgraded for free and had a great suite.

There was an 18th birthday party that was so LOUD, it caused the floor of the upstairs rooms to vibrate. Unfortunately that's where we were. When we asked the desk at 10:20pm if they were able to turn it down, or when it was ending, we were told that they'd ask the party people when they were planning to leave. Guess that meant there was no contract with a listed use time? Never again!

We were so happy with almost everything about our stay here for long weekend. Extended family booked rooms for family member wedding nearby. We were more than happy with these accommodations. There was a nice patio area off of breakfast room where we gathered at night to just hang out, and kiddos spent two days swimming in the pool which was just right and very convenient to our room locations. Breakfast options more than adequate, and rooms were just very standard, but clean and comfy.
Location is great for freeway access and also stores to pick up necessities as well as some eating options, some close enough to walk.
All agreed we had chosen great place to stay and would definitely stay again.

Had a good stay. The hotel is close to the Regan Library and close to restaurants and fast food. The compliment breakfast was very good. The little courtyard is nice to sit out and enjoy and also the pool area. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful
