I just needed a bed for the overnight stay after the Iowa Nebraska game. It was perfect for that need.

The carpets were dirty, stains on the comforter, and mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. the place is poorly managed and dirty

Check in clerk was very unfriendly and apparently doesn’t like her job. The hotel is older and could use upgrades. The room was not as clean as we would have liked. Beds were comfortable. We had to go to the front desk to get Kleenex as there was none in the room.

Comfy room. Associate the service animal policy. Only complaint was a discovering natural gas odor on Saturday night. Front desk clerk traced it to one of the gas dryers in the housekeeping area. Made sleeping that night slightly anxiety ridden.

Upon entering noticed smell in hallway near elevator. Terrible smell in hallway on 3rd floor. Air didn’t seem to cool and shower hardly came out. At breakfast made toast with 2 slices of bread only to find out they were moldy. Pointed out to desk staff and her only comment was ok.

Breakfast had nothing hot. Only toast for breads. No bagels. Coffee was really good!
Delilah checked us in and we had a nice smile. She was very friendly. Saw her again cleaning the breakfast area on her day off. Sweet woman!

A good price for a no-frills hotel. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly, helpful staff. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable. The only thing lacking in our room was a light fixture in the entryway - so had to fumble a bit when we came in after dark. The breakfast was also no-frills, but provided everything we needed. The breakfast area was extremely well-maintained with plenty of seating. The hotel is surrounded by restaurant options (mostly fast food,) and it’s easy to drive to either the airport or downtown Cedar Rapids.

I booked theu hotels.com, when i called to make a request about our room the desk clerk advised they had no king rooms and wasnt sure how i was able to have booked it. Then when we showed up the price was alot more then what i paid on line. The first room they gave us ...the fridge wasnt on and it was covered in black mold. The next room was ok...until i was in the bathroom in the middle of the night and bugs were crawling on the floor. I forgot my pillow and when i called the clerk was rude and said she would have to do some research and get back to me...we hadnt been gone but a few hours...im guessing it was thrown away.

I appreciated the easy parking, friendly staff, comfortable bed mattress, and breakfast. Unfortunately the room was really humid/sticky despite the AC being on and the floors of the room above us creaked so loudly that I could not sleep at the entire night.

I have been to quite a few Quality Inns in various states, tgis one was very good. One of the most comfortable beds i have slept in. The facility was clean and quiet. The front desk lady in the morning was very sweet and very respectful.

Not the worst I've seen, definitely not the best. The room, carpet and beds felt damp. There was hair in the tub and on one of the beds under the top sheet. Made me wonder if the sheets were even changed/washed. We were exhausted by the time we checked in, so we made the best of it. I don't think we will stay there again. The lady working was very friendly.

I asked for a room with a rolling shower for my wife and they lied about this room. The room they tried to give me was with a bathtub. I called the property once before checking in and the person attending the desk told me that the room was a rolling shower accessible. They lied to me. I need my money back.
