The Inn has the two things I require - HOT WATER and a comfortable bed! It's been around for awhile and shows some wear. Nothing that some paint and carpeting couldn't fix. The "Balcony" is the walkway to your room if you're on the second floor. The room is spacious with a microwave, refrigerator, and a multi-channel TV. The breakfast is not a gourmet menu but, you can have a waffle, sausage and biscuit with fruit, cereal, etc. I had a morning without electricity in my room. A call to the front desk had an electrician on site in less than 30 minutes and the front desk had opened an empty room close by to allow people to shower and shave with lights - you get to make new friends.

It was very dirty and it had bed bugs in the room on the pillows I recorded a bed bug and took pictures of it it was disgusting,the room was dirty I showed the manager the bed bugs and he acted like it was a regular thing.

The phone was not working as well as the clock on the bedside. Had to pull the phone wires out from behing the bed frame to replug the phone. Same with the clock. The shower had only warm water. Would not get hot. The handle on shower was coming off. Not a happy camper for staying at a Quality Inn.

Stayed here for the past 3 months from 1-3 days to a week on my last month due to traveling for business. Rooms are good and breakfast for what you pay for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love them Waffles! Sad to finally be relocating but I will stop by to say my Hi’ to the great staff.

The QI itself was good enough. The room was clean; yet the tub needed to be reglazed. It was not in good shape. It was close to the Mission Inn and downtown which is what we needed.

The bathroom needed some fixing, leaky faucet, and the sink faucet was able to be rotated when it is supposed to be stationary. There were also signs of bug problems. Not an environment for family or children. Smells transferred through other rooms into our room. Not pleasant.

It was a nice place to sleep, quiet, close to the University and close to grocery stores and gas stations, well located, only thing I didn’t like is: the variety of food for breakfast: it is limited( no a lot to choose from). Very affordable price.

Room was average. Bed was comfortable, size of the room was good. Biggest compliant is that the room was filthy when I arrived. There was what looked like blood droplets on the bathroom door near the sink. There were long blonde hairs everywhere throughout the room that did not belong to me. Whenever I grabbed something in the room I would get a hair on my hand. It was gross!

Horrible 2 night stay I had my hopes high since I had stayed here previously but was no where near my last stay! The rooms smelled horrible the pool was dirty the sheets had bed bugs. No room service I had to do there job for them!! Never Again

Could not communicate with guy at check in, limited English... first room second floor tv did not work.... moved to downstairs... pain to move everything.... room was so so.Next morning room key wouldn't work had to have someone come with a key to let us in. Don’t stay at this hotel.
As soon as I opened the door of my room. I was greeted by a strong smell of mold. I had to leave my door opened for a while. The beds are terrible and they have some sort of bugs. Woke up the next morning scratching and all of my back had bed bites.

I think this is a weekly? Room smelled like cigarettes, bugs in the bathroom, tub leaked all night, floors were dirty, we all have bug bites on our legs, broken light fixtures, very loud. I know you get what you pay for but if that’s the case this place should’ve been a lot cheaper.

The place needs major repairs the first one was the bathtub peeling and mildew by drain. The main door not aligned correctly and missing seal the heat, animals and outside noise coming through the door gaps. Otherwise room ok. The pool lounge chairs need upkeep and towels provided area and cleanness and maintenance personnel more visits.

Everything was good until i woke up and turned the lights on and i saw roaches on the wall and in the bathroom. I killed a couple but a couple were too fast for me. I told management about the roaches she said she would call an exterminator. which that did nothing really for me.But front desk was nice
